PSG's victory today was a straight loss for Lyon in their last 3 matches. I'm happy that PSG were able to win this game even though only Messi scored the goal for the win. This is Messi's 4th goal for PSG in Ligue 1 and is Neymar's 7th assist this season in Ligue 1.

PSG has performed well in their last 8 matches with a very good performance. Their defense and attack are excellent as they have only conceded 4 goals and scored 26 goals so far. They are firmly at the top of the table although Marseille put good pressure on second place where they are also unbeaten. Now that the league will be on hiatus for a few weeks, we will look forward to their return next month.

As a whole, PSG played well in this match and they were able to come away with the victory that everyone probably expected from them.
While I am happy with the results, I really cannot say that I am quite satisfied with them.

As I see it, they are a team that should be winning by more of a margin than they are currently winning by.
In the Ligue-1 matches, if they are performing like this, then you know that they will not be able to perform well in the Champions League matches, either.

My opinion is that they need to show better performance, and their results should also be better in terms of goal difference, as well.
As a matter of fact, I have to admit that they have been consistent, or at least consistent in comparison to what they were doing last season.

for PSG to score again. In fact, Lyon's defense is quite solid, it is proven that PSG failed to score a goal several times, even Anthony Lopes managed

The result is predictable because Lyon had poor records from PSG before but i have to say both of teams were playing good because since the beginning of match they were playing attacking each other but the difference is PSG can steal early goal from Messi and after that PSG didn't get much opportunity to scoring goals on second half because they seems more focus to strengthen their defense and to secured points besides that the scores probably will be more than 1 goal if Lyon goalkeeper Anthony Lopes didn't playing well and during the match i was counted at least he saved 3 goals chances from PSG

I think to know how Lionel Messi contributing for PSG looking on how long PSG journey on Champion League, will he success lead PSG until final stage or stuck last season on 16 round phase. Champion League still played 2 games and have long time to watch Lionel Messi contributing for PSG, can he makes PSG get first time Champion League tittle this season or stuck on 16 round only.
