Lyon vs LOSC today's match between these two teams I thought LOSC will play very well in this match but LOSC did not play very well in this match. Lyon scored a goal at the end of the match.  After that no more goals were scored in this match. However, in this match Lyon played a very good game from the beginning.

I don't agree with you. Lille's performance was better than Lyon's in this match. Although Lille did not manage to win this match, I would still say that Lille's performance was good. Lille has a lot of attacks. Lyon's players on the other hand only resisted Lille's attacks and tried to score from counterattacks. And Lyon's players succeeded. They won the match with defensive gameplay. I would say Lyon was very lucky.

Not focusing on defense is a weakness that must be corrected, no matter how hard they attack if they forget defense it will boomerang for them. In another game, Lyon tackled Lille and allowed Monaco to pass it. Overall, only Lens and Rennes kept positive results but the distance between them and PSG is quite reasonable 5-8 points!

We saw a tough fight between Lyon and LOSC in the beginning. But neither team could score a goal in the beginning. But LOSC tried hard to score in the last few minutes of this match. But LOSC could not score a goal after many attempts. If LOSC had a little more from the beginning  If played well, LOSC could have won this match.

Lille had a lot of chances but none of them were scored, while Lyon had few chances and luckly in the 74th minute, Lacazette managed to score the 1st goal for Lyon. in the standings, despite losing, lille is still 2 points ahead of lyon, the competition in the middle board is quite tight !

It was not easy for Nice to win against Lorient. Lorient was a strong team. And their performance this season is quite good. And Lorient was expected to fight PSG for the title this season. But they lost 2-1 against Nice. While Lorient's performance was not bad, Nice's players performed well. The match was competitive and enjoyable. The players of both teams performed well. And Nice's players took advantage of the weakness of Lorient's defenders to score two goals. Nice's performance at the start of the season was not good. But their performance in the last four matches is quite good and stable. Perhaps they will continue to try to move higher up the points table.

2 Draw and lose in this match is definitely a setback where in fact they could have played well at the start of the season.
They have to fix this soon because otherwise it is not impossible for them to return to the middle position as they did in previous seasons.

Lens are just desperately trying to stay right behind PSG now. The point gap is 5 for now but I think that PSG would increase the gap not much time later. They are already very dominant in this season and there is no match for them among the rest of the teams.

We would just expect the other big teams (considering the squad qualities) to perform strongly and close their gap up with PSG. But it is too difficult for this season also. Marseille seemed really promising at first but now they are just a mess with a poor level of performance for some weeks. Losing 11 points in their last 4 league games has caused the gap with PSG to get enormous now. The trio of Lorient, Rennes and Lens ahead wouldn't be much capable of keeping up with PSG I'm afraid. I don't think that any of them are very determined to win the league title either.

seeing your post, I tried to find news information related to it. and yes, his words, can carry a satirical meaning for Ligue 1. however, can also be interpreted negatively. he said something contradictory with things that smelled of controversy.

In fact, he tends to glorify himself with the statement, the presence of the world's top players does not control the quality of Ligue 1. The reason, is because I no longer play there.

IMO, I'm not convinced by his statement. however, more than just to get attention. despite all that, he is one of the star players that I idolize wherever he plays. to this day, he is still playing in the AC Milan uniform at the age of 40+.

I am not really against the idea, PSG is great but not that many other great teams in the ligue 1 left as well so he is sort of right. In the international games we see that ligue 1 teams don't go that further anymore, only PSG plays well and all other teams lose to everyone else.

I don't think that we will watch the same poor defending against Juventus. It is an important match for PSG to keep their lead. Winning this match will be enough for them most probably. Maybe the match is in Turin but PSG are still one step ahead. I just expect to see them performing much more decently to be able to take the win. But it is really not easy to bet on their win on one hand. Because it is an important match for Juventus at the same time.

I wouldn't say that PSG's defense is weak. Their defense has several world-class talented players. However, PSG is not focusing on their defense right now. Galtier is strengthening his attack day by day, but he is indifferent to strengthening his defense. Galtier should now strengthen his defense. Because in a platform like the Champions League, a strong defense is more important than a strong attack.

But how long will they be able to cover their fragile defense with a sharp attack line? They can do this at any time but they won't be able to do that all season, too risky of course. PSG still have solid defense although conceded 8 goals so far in Ligue 1 although unbelievable with 3 goals conceded in match when beating Troyes last match 4-3. Last three goal I watched have miss communicating in PSG defense area and actually Galtier need to warning his defender keep try how to make on every games with cleansheet achievement. Actually with three defender formation seems strong and little possibility with many goals conceded, but Troyes make it different last match when success scoring 3 goals and become most bigger conceded for PSG in one match at Ligue 1.

I don't think PSG want get more goals conceded against with Juventus at Champion League, need to win without any goals conceded if want secure 1st standing position from Benfica.

After all, the head to head when PSG played against Troyes was in fact almost every match they got results for both teams to score. So, in the match yesterday where Troyes seemed so comfortable scoring a goal against PSG, it was a tradition that was difficult to avoid. But indeed, with the current PSG squad that continues to have great experienced players, PSG should be better at defending their goal.
