Indeed, for a team that is battling to secure first place in the standings it is quite possible that betting on a draw is a pretty good choice. But if Marseille is the underdog in the betting and there is a handicap odds of 0.25 or 0.5 I think it would be better to bet for Marseille. So even if the result is a draw I will still get a full win in the bet.

People lost their belief in PSG by the looks of it. I still think that in ANY game that PSG plays, betting against their win is not really a safe bet. I believe that they will either win it easily, or they will have a shocking result which is a draw or even a loss, which happens time to time and not impossible but looking at overall rate, winning is still the most likely thing that they do.

They played 7 games in UCL so far, winning 4 of them, 2 draws and recently got their first loss, played 24 games in ligue 1, won 18 of them, got 3 draws and 3 losses. Which comes down to 31 makes, 22 wins, good enough rate that they mostly win, and I would bet they could again.

Yes, worst part is not even over, they are going to play against Marseille next up, and that is a good team, they are not like Lille, if they hard time beating Lille and lost to Bayern, then playing Marseille will be even harder. If they play all their good players then they will tire them before the next Bayern game, and if they do not then they are going to have even hard time beating a good team.

I do not know what they will do, maybe risk it and play everyone and let them relax against Nantes? That could be a better idea to be fair, but basically this is going to be a week where we will see PSG not be 100% just yet, and could go either teams way.

Actually if PSG plays with a complete team squad, Marseille is not a tough opponent to overthrow. IMO, PSG's problem is actually in the midfield sector and the defense line they have. and, if PSG's midfield players are in good form. whichever team they face in Ligue 1, it's not a big deal. well, unfortunately, the PSG players are currently underperforming. plus, some players are prone to injury. one more thing that became my note, Galtier is always tweaking the formation. IMO, the system that Galtier implemented was too complicated, which ultimately affected the team's overall performance.

Speaking of the match against Marseille. I don't really expect PSG to return to their best form. especially in the match later, it is very likely that Neymar will not be played. even so, PSG should be able to win the match over Marseille. because after all, Galtier still has Messi and Mbeppe. but the question is whether the other players will play with a slick performance. if not, this fight will be easy for us to predict. For the next match, I will not speculate before watching PSG play against Marseille.

In addition to that I can say that PSG weren't good at defending today. Monaco's second goal came after a big mistake by Bitshiabu in defense for example. PSG gave big spaces to their competitor during the game also. Donnarumma made some important saves also otherwise Monaco could have won this game by a bigger goal difference honestly. Ben Yedder had an amazing day with 2 goals and 1 assist. The game ended in the first half already in fact as we watched all the goals there. PSG weren't even like they were competing in the game in the other half. They had only one goal attempt.

These PSG results make this Ligue 1 much more exciting, I don't know what problems PSG is going through, but whatever it is, it's affecting them too much because losing 3-1 is not normal for them, it's practically a humiliation, and the teams are already taking advantage of this downturn in PSG's spirits.

PSG is not just Messi, PSG is all the 11 that go out on the field to play, if Mbappé, Neymar or Messi don't play, the PSG team falls apart, and that's not good, as a coach I would have to think of a solution quick, because the starless team has yet to do well. If PSG keep playing like this, I don't see it as a good option to face Bayern in the UCL.

A bit confused to see Lille odds today that the bookie has provide them low odds @1.36 from their opponent Brest @8.60 and i know from recent performance Lille were better than Brest but head to head statistics has showed even Lille were unable to win 5 times streak from Brest so i am not sure Lille win could be the best picked for this match because they were always be hard struggle while against Brest so i don't think Brest will be easily to beat by Lille today even probably there is a chance for Brest at least get 1 point from this match so that's why i am thinking to bet draw or both teams to scores

Very strange odds for Brest, even though Brest came as a guest I think that many odds make the considerations a bit shaky to favor Lille. But if it's head to head like that I think it really doesn't hurt to bet on the options like you said. What is certain is that Lille will try to win this match because they have a target to shift Rennes' position on the standings board.
