You just shared a screenshot of your earlier post which doesn't really qualify as proof. If you legitimately lost your money, I'm afraid that you most probably will never see it again unless 1xbit makes an exception which is highly unlikely.

They will just provide various excuses in order to justify themselves. Also, don't waste your time seeking clarification from their shills since it's pointless.

Neither me nor you nor any shill can give a clarification in this case as 1xbit is a completely anonymous casino and no information will be reveled to anyone.
The only way to clarify this case is to contact directly with the security team. If user found Bitcointalk as the way of communication, this can be (probably) speed up by writing a private message to the support account: 1xbit_official

You need to digest the fact that your money is gone and you most probably won't see it ever again. Trying to explain yourself to their support and shills won't get you anywhere because those scammers only focus on scamming.

That is just the tip of the iceberg. They try their best to justify themselves in order to look legitimate, but it's all just a facade basically. They block the ones that they scammed and focus on new prey.

This has been their modus operandi for a long period now and won't change anytime soon in my opinion.

I have also not seen any legitimate complaints about the site. I've been a member of the campaign for a while now, and have always gotten my money neatly paid every week. And all other participants of the campaign were also paid every week. 1xbit has a huge budget, if players win cleanly and fairly then they will undoubtedly pay those players out without any problems. It is often the same players who complain and it strikes me that it is almost always about table tennis.
