I have there deposit 500 usd in cryptocurrency and have that money in my account.

If your account has been closed on the 1xbit website, it normally does not happen without reason. If you can't figure it out with support, maybe you can explain the story here. It would help if you could post an overview with the wedge history of the bets you placed. Then people can judge it that way. With only texts we can't do much on the forum. I would ignore the rest of the trolls in this thread. They come up with irrelevant information about other topics.

The victim's account has been locked for six months and 1xbit has stopped talking to him, according to his information. It's a matter of wondering how professional it is to keep a player's account locked for so long. The funds deposited in the player's account remain and he is unable to withdraw those funds.

1xbit should have solved this problem and told him the details. But this kind of professional work cannot be expected from 1xbit, the way to generate their revenue is to lock the customer's account.

There must be something going on. Otherwise, an account will not be blocked or locked for so long. But reputed gambling websites address those issues, and provide all kinds of support to their customers without any excuses. what more evidence do you want to see? look at the negative feedbacks on the OP account see the references in the negative feedbacks. There's always that kind of impression that if a newbie account do make out some complaints then it turns out to be directly treated as a troll or someone whove been paid on ruining other sites or competitors but the thing we are seeing is totally different yet everything could really be proven out and does have solid evidences and its impossible that we would really make out some judgement

The problems are multifaceted but what contributes to allowing scammers have breathing space with the forum is that scams are not moderated. The forum with all the positives and benefits that it brings, also unfortunately attracts the attention of scammers where they infest in order to deceive and scam.

Admin are only banning members when certain other criteria have been met but those that have already been negatively tagged will continue to scam or shill because the account will probably never receive recognition again so it ends up being used for nefarious purposes.

It is truly much appreciated that DT's are really that active on tagging up whenever there are new applications into their signature thread which is really a great job

That's always been one of the biggest issues with this forum which is why scammers continue to promote their content without any fear unless they resort to spamming like crazy like Yobit who got screwed later on.

in order to discourage the existence of 1xBit and other deceptive services promoting themselves on the forum.

Among the solutions, it has been suggested to deleted the merits airdropped after the implementation of the merit system, so people who have not actually earned the benefit to wear a profile picture or signature wouln't be able to.

I have to say I do not accept every allegation against the 1xbit scammers as the truth, I like to see screenshots and evidence that can be verified but that does not mean 1xbit should not come out and make a statement against every claim because they should. In your case, you raised the issue a long time ago but they have answered sparingly.

If I recall correctly, they always send emails to people they have banned on their gambling site. if they have sent a message that they have decided to stop collaborating with you after an investigation made by our security team or something like that. I doubt you'll get your money back. a lot of gamblers have the same problem with them, and the fact that they haven't responded to you again after months and months of complaints made it clearer that they have no intent to give your deposit back.
