West Ham would stay as one of the strong teams to beat for the biggest teams of the league anyway. Maybe it is really difficult for them to finish a season in top four now but they can still be one of the biggest contenders for the fifth and sixth positions. Their last season effort was really impressive and this kind of good transfers can help the team get stronger and stay where they are in the worst case. I remember West Ham's very poor times too so it's good to see them like this now.

There is no doubt West Ham is enjoying good fight for last few seasons under David Moyes even they have mostly averaged players but with few new singeing's they can achieve their target which is keeping to stay at top even they fail to have top four spots but still staying in higher rank is not easy here in Premier League where we have too many underdogs and very tough competitions for many seasons.

Now in coming season we can expect some tough challenge with few teams are already having good benefit of this transfer window, and they are not having funds as they need but still doing good job and having some quality players are giving them good chance for giving tough fight to top Premier League clubs even sometime they are a giant killer which is more interesting.

Agree, every player who has contributed greatly to Liverpool's achievements so far should apply for a raise and be given the same opportunity. Because of what I have seen Liverpool players have shown how royal and elite they are on the pitch with always outstanding performances. Even though Salah is the best, it can't be separated from the teamwork in it. At least providing an opportunity to ask for a raise can increase their enthusiasm to play more loyally for Liverpool.

I am also surprised by this news, finally Livepool is willing to not be stingy for Salah. Responding to your question, I think if there are players like Salah who have contributed greatly to this Club and then ask for a salary increase, like what Salah has been do it. But I feel same way they offered Salah a contract extension,they should also have done to Sadio Mane.
I'm directly blaming Jurgen Klopp for the loss of Sadio Mane in the Liverpool squad, he had a role in keeping Salah,but cared less in terms of Sadio Mane. I see the red flags already despite not even been in the Club. I love the fact that Mane loves the club he is right now and will play and score goals without a rumpled face.

How many Goals can Salah offer Liverpool this season? Let's watch if he gives them 20+ goals this season. Happy he's got an extension but not happy they Sadio Mane slipped off them hand's, hopefully they don't regret it.

West Ham have been doing great for quite some seasons now maintaining top ten position in the league and even finishing top 6 the previous season qualifying for the Europa league. They have been doing well in the league though being in the top 6 position will be difficult at the moment competing with the league's heavyweights but if they could remain consistent and in the league their will always be a chance to compete for top four every season.

It is natural that Salah asked for a big salary increase because he contributed greatly to Liverpool revival in the previous season. even a request for a raise had been requested in the previous season but it was only now that Salah had his dream come true when signing a new contract did he receive a raise. Agree with what you said, For Salah, actually if they don't need it I think it will be very difficult to increase it this much because from the start they have said that the salary is too big and they are difficult to agree on, but for now the role is wrong still very vital whether they want to do it or not because losing this player will be fatal in the next season.

Good deal for Salah and Liverpool, he really deserves such a big salary for his contribution. I have to agree with his demands on Liverpool and he is succeeding now although not completely. In recent seasons, Liverpool's success has depended on the performance of Salah, Mane and all his players. Indeed, that is the destiny of Moh Salah where his compatibility with Liverpool is absolutely perfect and so one-of-a-kind. Maybe at another club, I'm not sure Moh Salah will be this good. Because in the hands of Klopp, Moh Salah has become a skilled and reliable player. Liverpool makes Salah the key to next season. Then coupled with other talented players who provide perfect support for Salah position as a core striker, it has shown the ideal formation.

I think it's more about the system rather than the player. Of course he is a great player and nobody would deny that, but when the system plays perfectly suited for a player then getting someone else there may still work out well. Look at Coutinho alone, Klopp said do not leave and be a world superstar here, and he declined and left, where is he now? Could Salah be like that?

Let's face it, in the English premier league there are at least 7 teams constantly fighting for the top spot, so it makes no sense to say that these two teams will fight for the top spot and the other two for the other one. There's a lot of unpredictability in this league Maybe next season some small club will win the league like Leicester City did in 15/16

But if look at the potential, the top position of the premier league standings will probably not change much, at least I predict it will be filled, city, liverpool, chelsea, tottenham, and man united. For clubs below that the chance is very small but it doesn't rule out the possibility

By the way I saw the opportunity of Gabriel Jesus to leave Man City, so which club to choose because so far Arsenal and Tottenham are competing for the 25-year-old player?

On the whole you are right, these teams are constantly fighting amongst themselves. I do not know about Gabriel myself, both teams are good and their conditions are quite acceptable, but I think the style would suit him more Arsenal, he will be more comfortable there, and Arsenal would not mind to sign such a player, he can certainly strengthen the squad
