It's a shame what Chelsea did and I understand why Chelsea wanted the transfer fee, of course, to make up for the losses they made last winter. If Arsenal can't give a better offer than Manchester City, I believe Declan Rice will join Manchester City. This guy want a strong squad, Rice was from Ireland, he raised from there and he play for Ireland until 2018. But after then he changed his nationally become England, as we know England is stronger than Ireland.

If Rice is a player who really like a challenge, he would play for Ireland and not change his nationally.

Some of people has been predict this situations because Leicester only know how to selling players but they didn't know how to regenerated their squad and since some of important players such as N’golo Kante, Danny Drinkwater, Riyad Mahrez, Harry Maguire and Ben Chilwell has been sell by Leicester they cannot able to bought decent players as the replacement of these players

What's shameful about rejecting bids from a club when it's not up to the required price tag for a player? if not that he doesn't want to continue his career anymore at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea is being forced to sell, Mason Mount would have been part of the club's rebuilding project. Let the lad go wherever his heart is... But why do you think Manchester City is going to dominate England for so long? There's a time United was a powerhouse, where are they now? I don't think its just yet for Kalvin Philips to move from Manchester City. Remember, he just arrived and has won achievements. Obviously lack of game time is a factor for him but I think he did say that he will give it a time at City ^[1]. City is a big club with lot of good players and its a competition within the squad so before moving to such club a player knows about that he is gonna struggle with the game time there. Also with Gundogan already leaving and Silva about to leave, it is very much likely that he is gonna get proper game time now.
