Bad result for first Premier League match for three promotion teams, all of them have loss on the first match from Burley, Sheffield United and Luton Town. Usually always have surprise on the first Premier League match for promotion teams defeated favorite team but looks difference on this season.

Have three match left of first Premier League match and excited with super big match between Chelsea vs Liverpool inside still have match Man United vs Wolves and Brentford vs Tottenham Hotspur.

The promoted teams need to prepare more because these matches prove to them that they need to be very serious to survive in the premier league.

So far, the results are much impressive because it shows that there will be a tough competition in the premier league this season.

I really think that the promoted clubs from the championship should realise that they are in English Premier League.
The competition is high here, they should take time else 3 of them will just return to relegation.
They need to sign good players to fit into this competition. You cannot be playing EPL with championship players.
Last season what saved Nottingham Forest was that they signed about 23 new players.
EPL is a serious business, I haven't seen it that the first week all the promoted teams lost woefully.

Maybe in the game between Macnshter City and Burley Pep Giadipla went too far because, at the end of the first half, he started yelling at Haaland, and he said Haaland always wants to other players to pass the ball to him and put him in the good situation to score a goal. He said Bernardo Silva was right no don't pass the ball to him.

Today's game was just superb, Newcastle was wonderful. I'd say if they continue like this I believe they'd finish ahead of some of the big 6 again this season.

Newcastle surprised me today, they performed above my expectations. I was thinking the match was going to be a difficult one for them, but everything was just easy for them. The two clubs performed well in the first half of the match, even as Newcastle was winning. I was expecting an equalising goal from Aston Villa in the second half of the match, but Newcastle was able to score an additional 3 goals in the second half of the match, making it 5 goals. I didn’t know what happened to Aston Villa in the second half of the match, their performance was really poor in the second half of the match, which led to them conceding more goals.

With the way Newcastle played against Aston Villa today, I am sure those players are really ready to work for the team, and I have the belief that they are going to maintain the top six this season. If there are no changes in their performance, any club that will be playing against Newcastle currently will find it difficult to win them.

How can we expect the promoted team to perform even better than this time? I meant's let's realize the fact that if promoted team doesn't have a lot of money to build a good squad that would be able to compete with another strong club in EPL. I took burnley as an example. Due to the limited financial and the club was taking the new player as loan from another club.
Burnley has no money to buy the new players permanently. It must be noted as the reason why the performance from newly promoted team was not as good as the big club. They lack of quality players and money.

So far, the results are much impressive because it shows that there will be a tough competition in the premier league this season.

At least those team have been trying so hard in defending their positions from the big club. I saw how burnley and nottingham forest or even luton have been trying so hard not do miss the first three points.

To be honest I didn't expect them to have such performance against Aston Villa, I predicted a draw and i was that they score many goals making it 5 goals against 1 for Aston Villa, they were more dominant in the 2nd half and made the Aston Villa team looked very weak like a newly promoted team to the EPL they losed the ball most time and the defense line was very porous giving an advantage for Newcastle to press forward and score more goals.
 It's very obvious that they maintain the form they ended with last season and the performance of the new players shows that the pre-season match helped them to understand the team and team and their pattern of play, they've built a strong squad that would make it even difficult for top EPL teams to win easily if they maintain the performance then they'll be very strong title contenders, I can't wait to see their performance against the top clubs, that when I'll decide if they're fully ready or not to win the league.

It was a very excellent performance from Newcastle United; who proved to have too much in their bags and overpowered and crushed Aston Villa with 5 goals to 1, it could have been 7 goals, and Newcastle would have still been worthy winners. What is Eddie Howe cooking for the new season? Which champions league side will be humbled in the UEFA Champions league at St James Park?

What was shown by Newcastle in this match really exceeded what we expected from them. Even their performance in this match was much better than last season. Where last season they were quite good in defense but bad in attack. But now they have a balance between the back, midfield and front. I think Newcastle will really be a club that can compete in the title race this season if they can stay consistent with their current form. But this is still the first game of the season. So there are still many things that can happen in the future. So let's just see if Newcastle will be able to make impressive achievements this season or will it remain the same as last season. In the last season, Newcastle for half a season continued to stand in 2nd place without being shaken, but from mid-season they faltered and dropped in ranking. Will this season be the same or different. let's see.

Newcastle victory was expected by most people but scoring 5 goals was just fantastic especially when facing a team like Aston Villa. Brighton 4 goals victory wasn't as interesting as Newcastle one due to their easy team.
West Ham draw wasn't good and Everton season debut seems to be bad as the previous one.
Tomorrow games are interesting too especially Liverpool which is my favourite a little bit in the away game vs Chelsea.

So far since the season started,  Newcastle seems to be the club with the highest goals scores in a single match and this is a remarkable record for the club,  Newcastle performed so well in the last season even though their presence was not noticeable due to the dominance of bigger clubs in the season limelight.

But so far so good,  winning this opening game with such multiple goal scormakes itsit seems that they're ready for the next season.

Tonali's performance has been paying many attentions from the fans. He has been trending on twitter. His first goal in six minutes of play in EPL has been proving if he can be considered as one of successful transfer by eddie howe this season. I was unsure about his performance because he was loyal to AC Milan, but when he moved to Newcastle, he changed his mind because of many reasons. Newcastle has been performing so good. Sandro tonali has been contributing in all of goals.
He has become the creator from all of goals against aston villa. What unbelivable performance from him.

I remember when NU was almost recruiting diaby but he chooses to join in aston villa. So many newcastle fans were just praising his performance at this moment.
This guy has a very good physic, speed and stamina. Newcastle was not making wrong choice by recruiting him from acmilan. Tonali worth with his price.

Manchester city already pressed the button to activate his goal machine mode. haaland is opening EPL with crazy game. No doubt if this guy is the best striker in the world right now. I could not even believe how dortmund was let him leave with cheap price.
Haaland is such a beast striker at this moment. There's no a better thing than seeing him making as many goal as possible. I think that haaland will be starting to break its record.

good players will look good when playing with a team and also a good strategy from the coach. Man City has built everything well. Haaland was successful in his first season joining Man City. he is a good player with above average skills. but still, it all cannot be separated from the intelligence of the coach and also the cooperation of a good team to bring the team to win.

Manchester city was just a team with so many great players that makes it perfect. Pep took a few years to build it and he deserves the result to win treble winners last season. City may also possible to repeat the same result.
There must be a good synchronization between the coach and players to build a proper squad. That is what manchester city now. Manchester city is going so crazy by beating burnley like it was nothing.

I have been hearing that if totenham already tried to sign lukaku as a new striker. Lukaku still hopes to play in serie a and i think the chance for totenham to get him as a replacement for kane is quite small atm.
I hope lukaku's drama gonna end soon as he really needs a new club right now. Lukaku wants play in serie a rather than EPL. Totenham is not so bad for him.

I was shocked to see a competitive club like Aston Villa will concede 5 goals in their opening game of the new season. This game alone sent a weak signal to the fans and the coach. Unai Emery needs to belt up to his heel, because this new season would be very tough for them if they let their weaknesses to blow out of proportion. My favorite player is Son Heung-min. He is an excellent player. So far Tottenham's main scorers were Son Heung-min and Harry Kane. Son, 31, suffered very few injuries. I hope he will be able to fulfill his duties properly as the captain of Tottenham. And can score more goals than in previous seasons.

Tottenham's main obstacle this season is that they will be without Harry Kane. Harry Kane has been with this squad for a long time. Yes, yes this was an impressive performance and I think it was not easy to say which team will win this game since Aston Villa by their own terms had an amazing season as well, but because the teams didn't have many changes going on within their squads I didn't know what to think.

It was a home game for Newcastle and they have been strong at home, that is why I thought they have the edge in this game, but if it ended very close or even in a draw, I think that is what most expected. But winning this game with 5 goals and 13 shots on target while Aston Villa had 6 shots on target, that was a great performance.

It also gives Newcastle the confirmation that they are still on a good way to pursue their goals. I thought they would be signing more players to be honest because they have all this money available, but so far that was not the case. There are still a lot of players I don't really know.

Do you believe Newcastle will be like last season or even better? which I mean finish in 4th, or maybe we are too quick to decide because this is only the first match.
