They may have let go a lot of players for free, but they are on the market for a lot more at the same time. Which means that it's not going to be that weird to see them doing awesome with the transfer window.

I mean they could still get players until.. September was it? This is why they are not rushing into anything, if they are willing to get some players for free like Eriksen for example then they need to hurry those up, but if they want to buy some players from some teams then they do not have to worry about anything.
