I wonder what the reason behind this reluctancy is. Some rumours say that he wants a trio like Sterling, Havertz and Raphinha here. There is some fresh news like Chelsea might be able to sign Upamecano in case Bayern Munich complete the signing of Matthijs de Ligt from Juventus. I think Chelsea wouldn't make this a problem because Upamecano is also a wonderful defender. On the other hand I'm curious if Bayern Munich will really make it. Because they will need to run the risk of paying an enormous amount of money to sign de Ligt. Are they really ready to pay an amount like 90-100 million euros for a defender?

Chelsea urgently needed a central defender as they are now had very limited option at the back after christensen choose to leave for barcelona , de ligt never be rumored or linked to chelsea but the fans want him badly , now with the report that de ligt getting closer to bayern ... there is another option pop up.

Ronaldo has no intention of being a part of training at Manchester United. He is expecting a permanent move as soon as possible and I have heard that Ronaldo's manager is doing whatever he can to find a fitting team for Ronaldo these days. He might be okay for playing in even the Serie A again if he doesn't find a better alternative for himself. I'm saying it like that because he didn't leave the Serie A very happily in the end. He had some problems with Juventus while he was leaving.

Actually, Ronaldo didn't have any particular problems at Juventus when he left. He could not act because last season there was an agreement between the star and the United team on a two-year contract and the option of a one-year extension. And the Red Devils don't see to approve of him leaving, Ronaldo cannot leave without United's approval as he is still tied to his previous agreement.

Christiano Ronaldo isn’t the kind of player you can keep against club against his will. It is even difficult for managers to keep him on the bench when he’s not performing. It wouldn't be a wise choice to hold back a player who is not happy and doesn't want to stay. I think for a player to be playing for a club, his heart should be the team and should be proud of the club he's playing for. If he doesn't want to stay he should be allowed to leave and rather find a replacement for him. Ronaldo is hungry for trophies and feels Manchester united are far from getting him trophies so he should be allowed to move if he wants to.

tuchel has only spoiled the players who pass by chelsea, just see what happened to lukaku, at inter lukaku will score many goals again, but in chelsea with that strange style of play he had no chance and I doubt that cristiano ronaldo would stop at chelsea , he would not play well. I think Tichel knows what he is doing, but it would be good if he improved his style of play or else Chelsea will be below the top 4 this season

The Chelsea coach for example after being offered to buy Ronaldo said "no, he doesn't fit the style of play". I think of many top clubs who just don't need him. I think the most adequate club in case he leaves MU is PSG.

Tuchel is an experienced coach. I don’t think Lukaku’s performance has deteriorated for Tuchel’s match strategy. Lukaku himself is responsible for Lukaku's poor performance. He could not adapt to the Chelsea team. He should have been more diligent. He would not have won the Champions League with Chelsea if Tuchel had not been experienced.

It seems that there is now a new chapter in the Ronaldo and Chelsea drama as Tuchel has spoken about this.
Tuchel said he didn't want Ronaldo and his arrival would throw Chelsea's balance into chaos.

Ake was a chelsea player a while ago wasnt it? whats with Chelsea loaning out players and developing them and then selling them off to teams, only to be wanting to buy them again. Happened way too many times recently isnt it?  Matic, Drogba, Luiz, Lukaku come to mind.

Even though this is only a friendly match but Liverpool is still the favorite team but by the way, all the opponents Liverpool will face at this moment are the right opponents before Liverpool play against Manchester City in the FA Community Shield. It's just a normal friendly game's team's play, but since it's from Man utd and Liverpool you will see some level of rivalry still in the game.

Indeed that is one of the reasons why they schedule pre-season, they will see the extent of the strength they have. This can be an opportunity for players who have minimal opportunity to show their quality and can be glimpsed by coaches to be able to penetrate the main line-up in official competitions.
