There’s no truth in N’golo Kante's move to Arsenal. I know that Arsenal still see midfield as an area to improve on but Kante isn’t an option. Although his contract expires next season but I don’t see him joining Arsenal. Arteta is seeking a younger defensive-minded midfielder that will serve as cover for Thomas Partey next season. Kante is 31, he had spells on the bench amid a knee problem last season. That’s not the player that a club that’s building would want to sign. Besides there’s Thomas Partey, a proper defensive midfielder, so I don’t see the need for Kante. Also he is the second paid player in Chelsea after Lukaku, Arsenal would not offer him what Chelsea pays currently.

I agree you with your statements, Kante is 31 and Mikel Arteta is building a team for now and the future, he wouldn't be looking to sign a player now and start looking for a replacement for him the next year he will rather seek a younger player that will fit in that postion. Arsenal wants players that will play for the club for the next 3 to 5 years not players who are already aged and have a season or two to play in their career.

Jurgen Klopp seems contended with his present squad after signing Darwin Nunez as a replacement for Sadio Mane. It was a big loss for the reds but they need to keep pushing after all, players come and go. Rumours circulating that he wants Jude Bellingham in his squad. Klopp is a very calculating manager and wouldn't go for a player which he knows is a star and get him signed and then dump him or denied him regular play time. That's why he isn't going for Bellingham yet, and moreover Jude Bellingham is not even available in the transfer window.

I agree, Liverpool look balanced already, they have gotten replacements for Minamino and Mane and have squad debt. Their current team is doing well already finishing second last season with just a point difference from Manchester City, played in the champions league final, they already have a balanced squad and need a few additions to create options in all positions and they have done that so they are ready to kick off the season..

They are really trying to build a team with which they will be able to at least stay in the Premier League again and probably even finish as a mid-table team.
I think it is quite possible. With the amount of money they spent in this transfer market, Nottingham Forest will have high expectations this season.

Taiwo Awoniyi was Nottingham Forest first signing he is a striker signed from Union Berlin, the club had really invested much on new young players other new signings include Dean Henderson, Giulian Biancone, Moussa Niakhate, Neco Williams and Omar Richards I believe their aim is to remain in top Flight in EPL as long as they can and avoid relegation because EPL is a different ball game compared to the Championship, I am quite impressed with  the swift signings by Steve Coope who is trying to build a formidable team and as well as wanted all the old and new players to adapt and quickly settle down before the commencement of the league.

I'm also impressed with the way Nottingham Forest are progressing with the strengthening of their squad. They have being very active in the market and have succeeded in bringing in some talents to the team. Their main aim next season will be to remain in the league, finish in the top half of the league and compete in the league competitions. Hopefully, with the kind of squad they are building they will be able to achieve their goal.
