The problem is that regardless of anyone trying to tackle, still those who can emerge and become winners of the league over the last few seasons are only two clubs and that has happened since the 2017/2018 season and even then only 1 time Manchester City has been shifted by Liverpool so it is quite clear that the dominance feels here that given City.

No, I don't compare new season with Chelsea's friendly games, I know for a fact that Chelsea won't be a contender this season, just like last season. They have no chance to finish the league in Top 3. I can make any bet for you that it's not gonna happen. Chelsea is not even a minor threat to Liverpool or Arsenal, let alone Manchester City. They are lucky if they can pass Tottenham to be honest. I don't call Manchester United and Chelsea as league title contenders at all. They are nowhere near same level as Manchester City, which is the obvious favorite again.

I don't Chelsea can challenge for the title this season, they can't compete with the likes of Manchester city and Liverpool, Manchester city are the obvious candidate while Liverpool follows the only doubt is that we don't know if they are going to miss sadio mane, we don't know if Luis Diaz will perform now that mane has left or Darwin Nunes can adapt quickly in the premier League, Tottenham Hotspur for me are better than Manchester United and Chelsea because they have Antonio Conte and they have also strengthen with the players Conte demand while arsenal might beat Chelsea in the final spot for the champions League position if they can continue from where they stop last season.

Chelsea are facing to lose some of their players soon on one hand but they don't have money issues now so they can find new players for their places. Newcastle actually spent a ton of money last year to stay above, they were a level of team that could have gone down, that was basically a locked thing for a while, but then they got a takeover and then they spent something like 100 million if I am not wrong, not to get "amazing" players, not superstars, but enough type of players that it would keep them at a high level.

This is why I believe that they are not really going to spend a lot of money this summer, they are doing fine. They could probably finish the season above relegation again, and they could look to overpay for more players later on to make sure that they get better, sure at a expensive rate, but slowly they will get more success and it would be normal prices to get players.

It is hard in the beginning to recruit players to a team that played near or in the relegation zone for most of the time. I believe Newcastle could be a top team if they invest on it the right way, just as City!
It requires a top manager, someone like Guardiola or Klopp and a couple of good signing. No need for top expensive players but good underrated ones that will make the surprise. Nevertheless, this needs some time, like 2-3 seasons before seeing them eventually in European spot or even in CL one.

The first real test for both Nunez & Erling Haaland in a real competitive game will be there community shield game against each other that is Manchester city and Liverpool. You will not make me to under look pre season. Preseason friendlies are very important matches. It is so important that it defines the future of a particular player in a club more than main matches. When season ends players and coaches switch clubs. It is during the pre season that coaches evaluate their old and new players and from the evaluation will for his starting eleven for that season. It is during pre season that some.players lose jersy to other players. It is very difficult to start a player that had some dreadful pre season.

In my opinion,  for this Premier League, the biggest candidate is Man City.

According to the news on Bild, Timo Werner has even taken a 50% pay cut to be able to join his old team, Leipzig. It says that he can be loaned to them and there will be an option to buy for Leipzig as well. If this happens Werner would surely be happy about coming back to the team he shined very much in the past. However there will be a heated rivalry between the strikers in the team. Why do you judge Chelsea can't be the candidate for EPL winner? You even claim Chelsea is weaker based on pre-season matches only. I think you are too early to conclude this, the transfer window isn't over yet. Chelsea still has a chance to improve their squad, they still have time to buy some new players. Since most top clubs already got their expected players, I am sure Chelsea won't have a strong competitor to sign their targetted players now. Anyway, you can say Man City and Liverpool are better than Chelsea, but it is wrong to assume Man United is better.

Premier league is a very competitive league,and it is known for it rotation of the winners of the league,Its will seem like a culture if Manchester city should win the league this season again,so I am giving it to Liverpool,followed by City and Arsenal being the third before Totthenham.Chelsea will struggle this season if they are unable to find a better striker that will score consistent goals for them.We saw how Arsenal trashed them in the preseason,this is exactly how their season will look like if they don't strengthen the team once again.

I support Liverpool and several other teams to provide tough competition for Manchester City this season. They must not win the title without a hitch, because it will damage the image of the Premier League which is famous for its fierce competition. But again, I am a fan who recognizes City's greatness in the last 5 seasons by winning 4 Premier League titles.

Liverpool is a very successful team. I say that because they don't generally make big changes and don’t spend too much in any transfer market. I think this is the first time I have seen Liverpool spend so much money on a player. But they had to get this attacking player because they were just letting Sadio Mané go. So they needed Darwin Núñez. I think they will be able to beat Manchester City successfully this time. Well at least in the home match.

actually chelsea will not fail in getting good players like Raphinha and Lewandowski if chelsea at that time dared to pay more. but the fact is that in the player transfer market this season, chelsea is very financially efficient. The only obstacle is that Chelsea always dare not make high offers with the players they want. different from barcelona which is in a financial crisis but always dares to spend more money so they always get good players.
if chelsea continues like this then i doubt chelsea will even be in the top 3 in the premier league later. even like in yesterday's pre-season match against arsenal, chelsea lost 4-0 by arsenal.

We are nine months away from official announcement who is going to win this season and people are predicting who is going to win and which is weak for me, it's too early because we can expect too much drama and many ups and downs in this all with six tough teams in Premier League those are going to fight for title and having quality players in their squad which are going to have big contribution in this all season's entertainment.

Guys, we have to wait for start of this season and then after end of first half we can expect something about result of this season right now nothing is clear any big injury to any player can bring things badly down and any new player can emerge as a hero for any team so just wait and watch who is going to win this season which is going to start after seven days from now.
