Finally the wait is over and the league starts on Friday. In opening game I'll take a considerable risk and get Arsenal handicap win against Crystal Palace. I believe Arsenal's attacking power will be on and as we've seen in friendlies they can do a good start in the league. I expect at least two goals -possibly more- from them. Jesus and Saka will probably carry the team in attack. Bookmakers will probably give good odds to Arsenal's handicap win. I won't miss this bet if the odds are above 2.50.

Truthfully, this game isn't easy to predict. Crystal Palace defeated Arsenal by a big score like 3-0 in this stadium last season. They have some psychological advantage I mean. However it is up to Arsenal to take revenge. They are better in terms of squad quality compared to last season. They would aim higher in the league this time. Maybe their opponent here can make difficulties for them again but this time I think Arsenal will manage to win and start decently.

We have to distinguish that now, Last season especially at the beginning of the season Arsenal was one of the clubs that could be called a clown because indeed they were like a group of children playing football but now they are very different because indeed they are like a superior club thanks to some the signing of players they did so something like last season I don't think will happen this season.

The difference is when Liverpool learn the mistakes in the past but City are still doing the same habit of always being unfocused in the last 10 minutes of the game which cost them themselves in the end.
As for Haaland he has played 2 times so far because previously he also played against Bayern in a friendly match and scored the winning goal for City there.

I think this is the result of what he planted at Manchester United because if he hadn't had a problem with some of his teammates in the squad then maybe there wouldn't have been a problem that caused Ronaldo to lose because no one accepted him at a big European club, so that's an important message. What I can get from this case is that we all have to have an attitude and be good, because if we don't, we will get a lot of enemies and we will lose money because we don't have good friends to work with when we are competing on the field.

Even if you look at the state of the squad featuring young players there actually this result is not too bad for them.
I think in this game the focus is only on giving more lessons to the new and young players to make them have more mentality.
This could have been pretty good training, regardless of what happened to the score I don't really have a problem with that.

It will be interesting because it was clear in the early games Arsenal were definitely underdogs.
Not without reason because they are very different this season than last season especially with very good results in their pre-season and the Emirates Cup. They scored 20 goals in 5 games involving him on the pre-season tour and including in the Florida cup and Emirates Cup and conceded only 4 goals there.

Despite a great season arsenal had so far with gabriel jesus always in the scoresheet .. i think it's tricky if you choose a handicap for arsenal .. the bookies loved really much confusing us ... so i won't surprised if then arsenal failed to grab the three points and disappointed us.

He was just unlucky especially about that absolute goal chance he found in the last moments. Every striker can experience this kind of moments so it isn't a problem at all for me. Let's just wait for the season to progress for some time and see what he will start to do in time. To tell the truth I don't expect him to have big difficulties in playing compatibly with Guardiola's system.

Because he hasn't had chance goal the ball to score CR7 does like to get angry when him replaced by other players, anyway this man is a world player if angry on the field is a normal thing for him. You're right, no need to hype this incident we'll have to wait until he can adaptation to this team again, and maybe it won't be a long if he continues to train under coaching Ten Hag.

Some observations from today's final Pre-season game against Rayo Vallecano. I'll start by saying it was a great feeling to see Ramadel Falcao once again at Manchester United..... Rayo Vallecano played much better did better than United in today's game.
Great line up, Tom Heaton was brilliant, Liard, Varane and Telles would be rated five over ten 5/10. Loved the composure, confidence, touch on the ball and also neat passing from Lisandro Martinez, I think he is ready for the Premier League already. He should be rated 8/10.

James Garner had a good first half, Christian Erikson's impact wasn't felt much, more from Van Dee Beek. Garnacho, was brilliant mad pace from the Argentine, Chong was poor performance was below standard, Ronaldo ? Don't know what to say if his fit or nothing. Nothing to write home about.

Hopefully they shouldn't play as they do against Vallecano during the week again Brighton.

In these last games, before starting the premier league, I could already see some things:

1 -Liverpool managed to beat City, both teams played with their best players and Liverpool did better, this shows that we have a lot of good chances to be champions this season

2 - Arsenal are proving to be a strong team in attack, that will be a big problem, I think they are at the level of being candidates to win the premier league

3 - Manchester United wasted good opportunities to change those forwards and hire better ones and as a consequence they will have great difficulties in staying in the first 4 places, because tottenham is much better than manchester united

I quite agree with you on the fact that the match between Manchester United and Rayo Vallecano wasn’t really an interesting game. I as well as millions of others, I’m pretty sure had expected the first half of the game to be very productive with shots on target and ultimately goals. But we had none of that in the first half.
The second half was a bit better than the first as we witnessed goals. And Ahmad, the substitute brought in to replace Ronaldo ended up scoring a not so impressive goal but a goal nevertheless.

Yep, it is not too bad. At least, he already scored in the two early matches. Although these are pre-season matches only, it is also an important match to play. Haaland can start to adapt to other players in the real match. But failing to score in the match against Liverpool was really unfortunate, Man City fans must expect to see Haaland's contribution in that match.

When he can't score against Liverpool it doesn't mean he played badly and it's still early to conclude things like this.

Can't score and can't deliver assists, is simply categorized as bad performance. How we can state that he played not bad if he can't give any contribution, mate?

Arsenal team play is very good and at the moment it looks like the mentality of the team players is experiencing a tremendous improvement but keep in mind that during this time if we look at almost all the teams they will not be able to keep their performance to stay stable throughout the season, so if the Arsenal team they can't implement a game like this in their first match against Crystal Palace and can't come out victorious then it's likely that their performance will go down again.

Liverpool is not a regular team that anyone can just scored goal easily, if haaland did not score goal against Liverpool I don't see that like he is weak or can't perform better,  it is too early to conclude about him. Haaland is a talented player and will definitely give his best to Manchester United.
