Chelsea are in a big need of signing a striker at the moment. They would make use of a very experienced striker like Vardy in the starting eleven. Leicester are already aware that they can't hold him at the team while there is a candidate like Chelsea. By the way I presume that Chelsea would like to have him for this season only but maybe they would change their mind after seeing his performance.

Manchester United also has interest in the 37 years old centre-forward. I think he can fit into any of the two clubs. His 17 goals achievement in 33 games last season was so amazing. This will now become a game of the highest bidder. Although Chelsea might need the centre-forward more than united and Jamie Vardy will be a perfect # 9 for chelsea

For sure it'll be really tough to upstage Man City or Liverpool to be honest based on their current form and squad strength. Chelsea, Man United, Tottenham and Arsenal shouldn’t rule out Newcastle, they will make up probably the rest top six or seven as the case maybe.
