Arsenal did not surprise us. It was as we predicted and they won the first game they played in the league. Actually, they didn't play as well as I thought in the game, but this was just the first game and it will take some time for the team to be able to play very well.

Crystal Palace couldn't even do much in the first half and their effort in the second half wasn't enough as well. Arsenal got a well-deserved win. I hope to see Jesus starting to score soon as well.

I mean being so great at the beginning ... and then got slipped at the end of the season , it's been a couple of seasons they are being so inconsistent , but you know with that kind pattern it's so nice to have them on my betting list every week! If we see from the statictis of the game, Crystal Palace actually gave a pretty strong resistance. It was proven that they were also able to shoot and also shot on target with the same number as Arenal. Likewise ball possession, they also quite handle it. However, Arsenal played quite effectively, with 2 shots on target they could hit both of them as goals. But yeah, I also though that Arsenal at least could score 3

at least this start is better than last season when they lost the first three matches, one against Brentford, Chelsea and man city, but this year they showed a different face from the friendlies by beating Chelsea 4-0 and Sevilla 6-0 and today in the first match of the Premier league beating Crystal Palace 2-0, I can definitely see Arsenal in the top 4 of the leader board at least by the end of this season.

Still nothing changed when the team had won at half time, they just played more defensively in the second half and didn't focus on scoring more goals. Except for the other big teams in different leagues as well, for Arsenal even though they were very good in pre-season but in fact they are still applying the same pattern which in my view they are basically satisfied with a 1-0 win at halftime. At least as reflected by the ball possession in the first half of 44% - 56% and the second half being 68% - 32%, it is clear that it is a big difference and this pattern will be dangerous when against a stronger team later.

Apart from that, in the last few seasons, Chelsea, City and Liverpool are the only subscribers, as for one more slot, there are always some changes.
It's quite reasonable actually because this is indeed a pretty difficult thing to do for other teams to break into the top 4 there but it's interesting now whether next season there will be some significant changes. At the moment Chelsea are in bad shape and this can obviously be used by other clubs for the Champions League.

At least I don't see the potential for Chelsea to get out of the top four of the EPL standings, as for the changes that may occur next season, at least the potential is greater to see Man United back to the top of the table and see Tottenham go out. And the changes that Thomas Tuchel made in the transfer market this season by bring in Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly and Marc Cucurella, does it still look bad? I don't think so and it seems to strengthen some of Chelsea's positions

In this case maybe you are right with a few additions they can make this quite good for them, but if you look at the games they did it's clear they still have a lot to improve there like the attack line is not very good and the defense is still not filled perfectly.

It's good to see the Arsenal go there and show they can attack, they can defend, they can fight the physical battles and they can last 90 minutes. Saliba was so perfect he got MOTM on debut. White was surprisingly mistake-prone, probably because it's Saha he's dealing with. Odegaard seemed lost at times and his first touch still wasn't there. Arteta looked a little lackluster choosing routine subs instead of trying anything new. All in all best season opening in years dued to great signings. Very good improvement on set play.
