Chelsea is capable of proving that for next season and with this new coach I am sure Chelsea can have the glory it used to be again.
Some people don't believe in Chelsea's performance after last season's poor performance but I still have the belief that Chelsea has sold some players who weren't performing well and replaced them with even better players to improve the club's performance and prove that negative thinking towards Chelsea is Wrong.
I will be the first to bet on Chelsea when the first season starts.

Manchester United didn't want to intervene for Kim Min-jae unlike my expectation. Because they could have entered the race with Bayern Munich by paying more money before his release clause becomes active. At worst they would cause Bayern Munich to pay more money to sign him in the end. It doesn't look like Manchester United prioritize a centre-back transfer.

Of course after the Mount signing they had better focus on signing a striker. Rashford should be left winger mostly and they can do a great work in a much more consistent way with a solid striker addition. After Bayern Munich's poor offer for Kane I wonder whether the Red Devils would offer an improved version of that amount - 75 million euros was the offer by Bayern Munich.

The only thing Chelsea fans can certainly count on this season is that the final result in the championship standings will be higher, because there is nowhere worse and yet Pochettino's coaching talent should help stop the free fall of the club's game. But, as for the fact that Chelsea will make a breakthrough already this season, I would still take my time. Everything takes time, plus we don't forget that despite Pochettino's successful experience in the Premier League earlier, this is still a new club for Mauricio and therefore it will take some time to grind. Plus time to make a really good team out of this good set of players.

I think it's too early to bet on improving Chelsea's performance next season, because in general the season hasn't started yet and the Chelsea team themselves also still need to target other great players to enable them to display extraordinary performances next season. @klidex, It is actually very understandable to see people doubting Chelsea because Chelsea has not performed well in recent times. Even if we look at the last season we will see that the squad was not bad at all. But Chelsea was unable to perform well. That’s why, even though there was a big change made in the squad, people are still very skeptical about the improvement of Chelsea as their team. I hope that Chelsea will be able to improve their performance and prove people wrong. I also hope that the Chelsea coach actually has a proper plan in place which he will execute. Surprisingly enough, after some time there has been no decision regarding the takeover of Manchester United to a new investor, this situation certainly won't be profitable for Ten Haag, but regarding Kim Min Jae it seems that it is no longer their target because the South Korean player is closer to Bayern Munich, also regarding their interest in Onana there is also no official news that they have succeeded in bringing in the Inter Milan goalkeeper, only Mason Mount is certain to become a Manchester United player next season and this success seems to have made them choose to return their two players namely Sabitzer and Wout Weghorst to the old club of both players, but Wout Weghorst is not a reliable striker so it's not a problem for United. Defensive lines is not something urgent for Manchester United maybe that's why Ten Hag didn't buy Kim Min-jae from Napoli and they let this player be bought by Bayern Munich and indeed if we see from their squad for defender i think Manchester United has complete players but one thing for sure Manchester United is really required new centre striker because this is one of their weaknesses last season and Ten Hag has been realized that

Although Rashford performing well last season but his real position is not centre striker so Manchester United have to buy at least 1 player on that position but because the acquisition still not a done deal then Manchester United currently don't have much money to buy the players and if i am not mistaken Manchester United has 120 millions budget for this transfer window and assuming they bought Onana for 50 millions and Mount 60 millions which mean Manchester United only has budget 10 millions remaining so i am highly doubt they will gets good players with 10 millions unless for loan options

That's very interesting to see the new team to play in EPL next season. Im putting all of my attention to the luton town. This club was relatively new to EPL. It's rarely qualified to play in EPL. A bit surprised that luton town was able going to the EPL.
There are some clubs promoted to the EPL include burnley and sheffield. Burnley has a very impressive performance under vincent kompany. The club is having a very a lot of spirit to stay in EPL as long as the team can.

I remember that burnley relegated to the championship 2021/20221. Burnley is able coming back again right now. That's pretty interesting to see how good the vincent's team to play in EPL.

Burnley must be fully prepared for the upcoming season. Luton can be considered as amateur team. It doesn't even have a good stadium as its stadium has only a small capacity.
