Arteta was using the same players from the beginning of season till the ending, so the players got tired when the season was about to end, their performance reduced and they were losing most of the matches which they should have won. Reinforcements are coming to gunners squad and the market value of Arsenal is increasing according to that.
Havertz already signed for Arsenal so his case is closed for them. Declan Rice contract will be signed soon since West Ham agreed to let him go to the other London club for £105m and Manchester City left the race of signing him.

There is no concrete news because until now PSG still hasn't announced it, but with so many rumors with Mbappe and several other teams also want him including Real Madrid who first offered him but failed and now these rumors are getting busier, but to be honest I will happy if Mbappe is at Liverpool.

Arsenal are also targeting Mbappe, they just want him to become a free agent first, but I think with Arsenal's plan like this it will be difficult to get Mbappe if you just wait for free, while Liverpool are willing to pay 300 million according to the media.

Mbappe has already spoken about his next destination. Considering how weak they were a few seasons ago and the squad that Arteta used last season, many people didn't think that Arsenal could make it to that position, by finishing in second place in the Premier League Competition. Additionally, many didn't think that those boys could play to that standard because they are almost all average players.so as arteta discovered it squad last season with their performance, if it added some stronger players to the squad again I am expecting team to appear stronger than of last season.

I might agree with you when you say that Arteta's failure to win the Premier League was due to a lack of many quality players in the squad. Arteta first eleven team players were all excellent players who gave all their best, but when any player left the first got injured, there was not replacement for them. As a result, the Arteta Smart Boys were left with a weak squad due to the squad's excessive use.If Arteta really doesn't want what happened last season to occur next season, he needs to sign many good players so that he will always have a backup plan in case something unfortunate happens to them, like an injury.

Things are not that easy for Arsenal. I know Arsenal had impressive form last season but they could change next season in one way or another. Every team playing in the Premier League wants to win and wants to collect a lot of points until the end of the season.So that is why Arsenal will not run alone on the standings.

Even though Arsenal are known to have signed several new players, I am not entirely sure they can compete great in the Champions League. It's not easy to progress from one stage to another in the Champions League although it looks like Arsenal deserve to be among the favorites for next season. It was a risk they are willing to take, loosing Kane in a free transfer but before that happens, Spurs is in a really bad shape and Kane remains the most reliable goal scorer for the team, aside H. Son of course and as such, his replacement haven’t really be sort out for nor is there one as credible to deliver as the England captain.

Kane is a player who has given so much to Tottenham and he deserves to be playing in a much better team than Tottenham,a team which will have better consistency than Tottenham and he will be backed by much higher class players than he plays with in Tottenham.

The Premier League is very dynamic and it is very difficult to predict who will be able to compete at the top. Arsenal have improved tremendously under Arteta so far. The presence of a number of new players is expected to be able to make a real contribution to the team. But I don’t really get what you meant by Arsenal not having a winning mentality. I think they’ve got a winning mentality and that’s why they had been leading the league table for a while.

They had been winning their games and gathered some good points to be a bit ahead. That’s a winning mentality in my book. They had suffered some set back and lost points which led to Manchester City who was hot at their heels overtake them and finally win the league. What Arteta did in the transfer market this summer is on the right track IMO. even though they have to spend quite a lot of money, at least Arsenal are ready to welcome the new season's competition with a more competitive squad. Arteta is well aware that if they want to compete with City, Arsenal will need some newcomers. that's why, they do. thus, it is likely that Arteta will use several systems and formations. maybe, they won't just rely on 4-3-3. in the next season, Arteta has many options with the available players. he can use the pattern of 3 defenders, or like the usual formation.

Arsenal has learnt from their past mistakes, what am seeing them do in the market is a prove that the management trust Arteta building process, and they are ready to support him to succeed. they have been able to bring in good players for a good competition next season, for any team in the English premier league to compete with Manchester city, they must have a good bench and classic first eleven. that has been the secret of Pep Guardiola, but its expensive to get such good bench and payers. Arsenal has spent so much in the market already, and they have been able to prepare their squad ahead of the season.

We are still far from the level of mentality that City has but we are coming near to it. Last season we made lot of improvements and the fact that coming from a 5th position in 21-22 season to close to winning the title in 22-23. It's difficult when there are strong competitors like Liverpool, City but we still did our best. Now we know what is to face a team like City in title race so hopefully we will start things strongly and maintain consistency throughout the season.

Yes, overall last season's Arsenal players were not very strong, I agree with your opinion. Because it was very visible that several of their core players were injured, Arsenal lost their balance. But in terms of teamwork, trusting each other in the process and continuing to train hard and discipline I admit last season Arsenal were very strong in this section. And that's arteta with the advantages he has he is able to keep players who fit the scheme and develop young players by giving more opportunities to young players.
