Manchester city are very good in their games there is no doubt about it and Arsenal has good changes by bringing young talented players with this I think Arsenal will do better than how they performed in last season.  It won't be easy for Manchester City to defeat arsenal just as last season. With the signings Arteta has made makes me have much confidence for arsenal that they will do better in the new season and Manchester City won't be a problem for them to achieve what they want.

Arteta realized what his team lacked last season and now he will perfect it. it's not just Arsenal who will make things difficult for City. I'm sure Man United also has surprises that will make it difficult for City this season. City is indeed strong. but who will play consistently in the League and who will get the trophy.

the thing that i like about the EPL is that there is no guarantee that a team will be able to stay at the top every season, because the strength of the teams in the EPL is almost not much different but everything feels different when coached by an extraordinary coach, last season arsenal has been leading  The EPL for several weeks, but because of Arteta's inconsistency, Arsenal had to stop in 2nd position.

There is no doubt that Manchester City is a very strong team. Last season was a season to remember for them. They won the Champions League title for the first time, together they won the treble. By the way, Liverpool and Chelsea will have an additional advantage in the Premier League - both of these clubs will not participate in the Champions League (and Chelsea will not be in European competition at all) so they will be able to concentrate on one tournament. Sometimes they only see two major competitions such as local leagues in each country such as the Premier League, Serie A, La Liga and other local leagues in different countries, and the second competition they see is the Champions League. City is also on the verge of getting a sextuple, meaning 6 cups in a calendar year. If they get this one, and then get the super cup (played between city and sevilla) and then win the world club cup, that makes it 6 cups in a single year. That is something that has been done only 2 times so far and I am guessing that there is a good chance they could do it again.

However, two of those are just one single game, meaning that it's going to be pretty tough to actually do that, it's going to cause the teams not to really have any chance to play even a bad 30 minutes let alone a whole game. City will want to come out attacking hard and keep trying to win with high offense for sure, they need to, it means a lot more to them than Arsenal.

Manchester may be your and some other people's favorite to win the Premier League the next season, but that does not guarantee they will repeat the accomplishment of winning the treble trophy. In my opinion, they can win the FA Cup at the end of the next season. Nevertheless, the premier league and champions league trophies will be challenging for them to win again given how clubs have organized their teams for future matches.

Pep Guardiola will indeed keep pushing his team to win the premier league title again, but I don't think it will be as simple as it was the previous three seasons. In this season's title race, changes are about to take place. The 2023/2024 season's Premier League champion will be another club that will take the glory

Well I don't quite get you, but I feel Manchester United is also doing well and moreover it's just last season that arsenal started being quite successful and also I feel that success they even achieve was a bit kind of disappointing because I never expected them to lose on the trophy after being top of the league table for so long and at the end they just gifted every thing to Manchester city

Even though this season the competition in the champions league and premier league has become a little tougher because several club are starting to get new player who can strengthen their clubs performance and it do not mean Manchstr city will be successful this season even though last season they managed to get the trophy three times at once but luck didn't will always be present.
Like Arsenal and Manchstr united, who currently also have a great opportunity to compete strongly in the premier league and also the champions league, so Manchstr city this season might be little more careful to avoid mistake in the future.

As for strongest in PL, I think United, Arsenal, City, Liverpool are strong teams. Throw in Newcastle and Brighton too. Chelsea also might improve a lot this season as compared to last season. Spurs might wobble a bit. About the teams promoted, I have my hopes high with Burnley in PL and I feel that they should finish top 15 at least.

The team you mentioned is still a strong team expectation in the season to start, I think Liverpool for now enter the top 4 places. 
Newcastle last season was a renaissance but I wonder if this team can survive again as I see their purchases are not so much in star players except Tonali from AC Milan.

Brighton will not exceed the teams you mentioned above, about Tottenham it seems they will not compete more tightly especially if Harry Kane really goes to Bayern Munich.

But my prediction is probably; 1 Man City, 2 Arsenal, 3. Man United 4. Liverpool.

Mykhaylo Mudryk's first season at Chelsea didn't produce the performances that was expected of the Ukrainian star by the club's management and  fans and I think it was caused by the club's poor performance last season.
That being said, Mudryk has shown that he has all the qualities of a player in the preseason games so far. How he's been able to connect with Chelsea attackers has been a joy to watch. Under the tutelage of the current Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino, he'll sure have a great time at Chelsea

For Premier League favorite winning next season I don't think Manchester City and Arsenal only, still have Liverpool and Manchester United unpredictable teams become competitor become the winner next season, actually with Liverpool not participants in UEFA Champion League make them easily controlling players and give them more time rest for all out in domestic league.

Of course, these 4 teams are the strong teams in EPL, they are the top 5 in the last season. Don't forget to consider Newcastle, they are also a strong team in EPL, too. Even if they have no star players, they can okay solidly and consistently in the last season. They are very possible to surprise us again in the next season.

However, I still think that Man City is still the favorite to win EPL title again. Man City has the strongest squad, especially for the midfielders and attackers. There are no other EPL teams who have perfect midfield and attacking as Man City has. Moreover, Man City is still under Guardiola management, there should be no significant change in their game style and performance.

I think have three teams are strong candidate for winning Premier League season 2023/24 are Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool.

Chelsea has a lot of things to work on in order to be better than the previous season. Todd Boehly needs favorable outcomes this time because his patient is running out. Since taking over, he has made multiple blunders in the club, possibly during the early times he was in charge, but he has put more things in order and under his control. In the coming season, Mauricio Pochettino will work with the new players at Stamford Bridge. Mykhailo Mudryk is one of the new players that has fallen short of expectations from fans and teammates; however, based on his preseason figures, he will make more significant contributions to the club this new season.

Mykhaylo Mudryk's first season at Chelsea didn't produce the performances that was expected of the Ukrainian star by the club's management and  fans and I think it was caused by the club's poor performance last season.

Last season I couldn't identify any outstanding player in the Chelsea squad because the entire team was a total mess. But these few games under coach Mauricio Pochettino have shown that Chelsea had some exceptional players and Mykhaylo Mudryk is one of them. He has the speed of a world-class winger and his skills are just wonderful. He is also an entertainer that has great control of the ball. From Chelsea's performance in this pre-season, the club will be one of the best this season. The Blues has played five games without losing anyone. And the club seems to be filled with young quality players that have the capacity to compete for the EPL title this season.
