This is very bad choice for the club to give him a chance to be starting line up again and again. Pochettino needs to realize that if jackson is worst striker. I prefer broja instead of him.

Another bad choice from pochettino. I do believe he can do better if he was picking the right guy to be a striker for chelsea. Jackson is a horrible striker to be watched.

If Chelsea end up losing this match which is very obvious already, I will definitely blame Poch for his unprofessional line up. Which sane couch will pair the likes of Jackson and Broja in the attack? That decision is absolutely suicidal. At least, starting with one of them will reduce the damages and they'll be playing one man down but playing two man down is very inaccurate of the couch. Those two players are not adding anything to this match. Sterling is the most selfish player in the history of football with his display in today's match. At least, he should have passed the ball to Palmer if he can't score.

The earlier Chelsea get rid of the players like Jackson and sterling, the better for them. Unarguably, Chelsea strikers are bunch of jokers but just imagine the chances a professional player like Jackson keep missing in every match. A serious couch would have been benching him on a weekly basis until he learn to improve even if he can not be sold. Although, getting rid of them during January transfer will be the best decision now.

Well, "never say never" is a statement I've really gotten used to when it comes to sports, even a second to a few minutes can change alot of things, so, we are currently 60 minutes into the game, which means that, we still have atleast 30 minutes more for the team to play, this is minus the extra time that will be given.

And I personally think that 30 minutes and even lesser than that is more than enough time for Chelsea to turn the game around if they actually did prepare well for it, so, I would say that, its too early to start judging or condemning, let's keep our fingers crossed and see what happens towards the end of the game, and if actually Chelsea end up losing, then it means they will also lose their current position in the table to wolves, while they(Chelsea) will take wolves position which is below them.

I don't think it's a bad result that they drew with Arsenal. After all, you are playing against the leader of the league, if you win you will have a great advantage, but winning is not easy at all. Of course, they were not very happy about the draw, but at least the point difference did not increase and the fight continues for both teams. I think it is a good result for such a match

The fierce battle that lasted for 90 minutes ended with the score 1-1, Arsenal took the lead in the fourth minute through Gabriel Magalhaes and Liverpool managed to equalize the score at 1-1 through Moh Salah action. The intensity of the game was very tight throughout the match, Liverpool and Arsenal were both aggressive when the ball was controlled by the opposing team. Fair results for both teams because the quality of both teams is very balanced. This result does not change the position of the two teams in the standings, Arsenal remains at the top with 40 points and Liverpool is in second place with 39 points.

The match was intense and action-packed. It makes sense why both teams were determined to win. However, the number of mistakes made by both sides is surprising, especially considering they are top teams in the league. As usual, Liverpool faced issues like hitting the post, missing chances, and squandering opportunities in front of their home fans at Anfield. I still feel Liverpool's midfield isn't up to par. The defense did well, except for the goal they conceded. The forwards, other than Salah's goal, had a subpar performance. It's somewhat of a miracle that the match ended in a draw. Arsenal maintains its position at the top of the table before Christmas.

 An interesting turn of events for Chelsea the moment Christopher Nkunku came into play and I'm wonder why Pochettino didn't bring him in earlier. Right from the beginning, I knew the game would end in the favor of Wolves but I didn't think they would score two goals knowing how they like to settle when a goal has been netted but I guess playing a team like Chelsea will make you change your pattern.
 The first deemed like Chelsea had the game in the bag and with the way they pressed the Wolves half, I felt that this will be another team they'd lay their curse on, but I guess they aren't getting Wolves this time.
A good way to end the Christmas Eve for wolves if you ask me and we know what this win will mean for Chelsea, with them being stuck at 10th place it looks like we'd be seeing a back and forth with them.

The first half of this game Chelsea has been pressing their opponent wolves but have failed to make good use of their chances.

Jackson need to work harder, he just need to learn how to convert his chances to goals, he should be very clinical and decisive in front of the goal post of their rival 18 yard box. Also Sterling gave up his own chances that would have put Chelsea in the lead in the game, the problem of Chelsea from what I have seen is not that they ain't good with the boll touches but they lack finishers to bring in the needed goals to give them the three points in almost every game.

Should they fail to make good use of prospective chances in the second half, at least wolves might suddenly take them by surprise and win this game with just a goal.

Raheem Sterling's performance is not predictable, he is a good player, but sometimes he is not fully reliable because he do miss chances most times, and sometimes, when he is in his good form, he is usually the best player in the field.

I don't actually know how to categorize Chelsea, and Manchester United's performance this season; they are not consistent despite all the players they signed in the transfer summer, Chelsea spent more money than Manchester United, but their performance is still almost the same because they are both losing and winning matches as well, but their inconsistency is similar. Therefore, I think the managements of these two teams need to work on improving their squad strength even though they have players with individual talent, I think the managers are not too good for the teams that is why their performance is not too good.

You also have to praise the worthy, Wolverampton did well as they went to win today. This is not the first big team they have won at home this season, so I'm not mind blown seeing them win against Chelsea. ( Manchester City also lost two goals to one here. )

Wolverhampton is trying very well, they won big teams like Manchester City, Tottenham and now Chelsea; and they draw against Aston Villa, Newcastle United, and others, which means that they are very good this season compared to last season that is why I was not surprised as they beat Chelsea because Chelsea is not a consistent team this season.

I think Pochettino and Ten Hag need to be replaced for these teams to go further in the Premier League.

In the game between Everton and Chelsea, Reece James got injured hard and he was thinking about getting surgery because of that. finally, he decided to have surgery and now it seems Reece James is going to be out for four months.

Pochettino took a big risk by pairing Broja with Jackson, an experiment that failed miserably by choosing to give Nkunku less time in the second half. Four defeats from the previous six matches made the future darker, talking about finishing in the Europa League zone was a dream that Pochettino failed to realize.

Chelsea new manager and player signings have looked amateurish this season, their signings only increasing the club nominal transfer fee. The fans are not expecting a trophy form their club, they just want their club to do better than their king time rival. Looking at both sides, I think Chelsea is worse IMO because their problem is the owner. Todd Boehly splashed hundreds of millions buying young players, he made a big mistake of signing too many young players at the same time.  It is a recipe for disaster, it did not make any sense to me that Chelsea do not have a experienced striker. Chelsea brought 8-9 young players into the club like they were preparing for a under21 championship lol. The recruitments Chelsea made are not good enough to play for a big club like Chelsea.

It is true that this match was very fierce and hot to watch. When the match started, both teams put pressure on each other with their attacks, until in the end Liverpool conceded first and after that Liverpool responded and the final score in this match was a 1-1 draw. In my opinion, Arsenal dominated this match. In the first half, Liverpool and Arsenal looked equally aggressive in their attacks, but since the second half started, Liverpool's game declined a little so that Arsenal carried out a lot of attacks. Luckily Liverpool's back line was strong so Arsenal were unable to penetrate Liverpool's goal. I really appreciate these two teams, their good play makes this match even more exciting to watch.

Wasteful..ehhhh maybe but playing away from home is usually going to be a tough match and today wasn't any different, besides these results we keep seeing just shows how competitive the premier League is and no team is invisible, better luck next time team Chelsea  

Otherwise it was great to see Nkunku on the scoresheet after being Mia for some time and now getting those goals for his confidence boost which should help the team in the future.

2 big teams that were once feared by their opponents but their current condition is truly heartbreaking, and it seems that this season they will once again be eliminated from the title race. Both Man United and Chelsea have inconsistent performances. Even against small teams who are actually at a level below them, they both often lose points. I think there has to be a major overhaul so they can get back into the title race next season.

Honestly Jackson Nicholas underwhelmed performances against Wolves in today's match is becoming a recurrent dismal performance hopefully with the return of injured Christopher Nkunku who scored the consolation goal their centre forward would be formidable, Mauricio Pochettino' should start benching Jackson with exception of Sterling who is still useful for the team though he is also wasteful in front of goal nevertheless he can provide assist for fully fit Nkunku to score goals, personally I don't think  Pochettino should be responsible for the underperforming Chelsea side his players failed to deliver when it matter most just like in today's match against Wolves for instance Jackson was just clueless in front of goal because he was very poor in front of goal.

I personally don't bet on Chelsea winning that match. But I hope for a draw in this match. But I was quite disappointed because Chelsea were still bad when Nkunku was back with them. But at least after Nkunku returns we can see Chelsea starting to have a deadly attack. But that alone is not enough if the Chelsea squad still does not have confidence in every match. Because I always see Chelsea players playing with complete uncertainty. Which makes them unable to perform optimally.

And it's really sad to see Chelsea have to continue to struggle to stay in the top 10. They should be fighting for a higher ranking. But what I see now is that Chelsea is just trying not to get worse so as not to be thrown down to the bottom of the rankings. Man United might also experience the same thing. But they are not as bad as Chelsea.

This round had all the conditions created for Aston Villa to top the table, but perhaps they were just scared of becoming leaders (I'm just kidding). Due to the fact that Liverpool played a draw with Arsenal, this loss of points did not become catastrophic for Aston Villa, there is only one point between them and Arsnal, so the whole fight is still ahead. It is surprising how Aston Villa beat Arsenal and City, but are unable to beat the last team in the championship.

That is the Premier League for you. I was not surprised to see that Aston Villa was not able to beat Sheffield United at Villa Park when people see the match as an easy match for Aston Villa based on how Aston Villa has beaten the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City this season.

Aston Villa has been performing well this season. The most disappointing aspect of this match is that they were beating at Villa Park. I know Sheffield will be proud gaining 3 points from Aston Villa. I think Aston Villa should sit tight for their next coming matches to achieve victory.

Aston Villa scored a late goal against Sheffield United that earned them a draw at Villa Park on Friday night. Aston Villa's next match is against Manchester United and I believe Aston Villa to beat Manchester United at Old Trafford because of the inconsistency of Manchester United this season.

Aston Villa did fail to grab the first position. But at the same time, they are still only one point behind. So I don't think they will have to regret too much about that. But it definitely could have been very nice for them if they actually were able to do so. It is definitely surprising to see them performing so well. But they have been performing well. And so far they have been pretty consistent. I don't know if they will be able to continue performing so consistently throughout the whole season or not. But the improvement that they have shown so far suggests that they are a better team now.
