Meanwhile, the Guild is thriving, and to keep the ball rolling:
Trade 162: 20 Uno @ .0106 each. (Just think! You could go straight on Cryptsy, and sell them at a profit!)
There are already about 750 Uno that will be sold at discounts like this as the price slowly strengthens; and we expect, within a year or two, to have very substantial quantities of Uno and Btc etc. to provide 'depth' to the core-community's efforts.
And all DVC holders: Woo hoo! Got the first 'equity DVC' in circulation. Pop over to your Guild, and check it out.

Make no mistake - it's still $UNO early adopter time. Welcome to the newer folks learning about $UNO for the first time and to those giving $UNO another look.

@pools I think slush and others will add it all by themselves when price is higher. They want to stay competitive with other pools (who do offer it and maximize payouts to their miners with it) afterall. Higher price = more pool support = higher hashrate

Higher price = more pool support = higher hashrate I still speak with cex almost every week, since I still have hardware there. They seem interested, but have been very busy with the next-gen upgrades to their site. When the Chinese translation is accomplished, I will send another letter. MM is the only profitable thing on cex besides trading. Having UNO in the payout section will just sweeten their offerrings.

Daniel having trouble translating word "unobtanium".
Don't translate "Unobtanium". They can read latin letters too, can't they? ...wait ... found this: http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/難得素so the correct translation is:難得素 english wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unobtainium#In_real_lifeElement 66 is named dysprosium, from the Greek word dysprositos meaning hard to get.
A cryptocurrency is named Unobtanium, which uses Bitcoin's source code with some modifications to the monetary policy. focus on this little bit (seriously it will take multiple editors to manage 3-4 sentences) sneek something in here too https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rare_earth_element--- With http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%9B%A3%E5%BE%97%E7%B4%A0but I am willing to accept that is the FORMAL translation given the wiki entry but we will have to be informed on what exactly is said on this post. 難得素 / UNO that is it, no? the exception would be it is not coherent to native speakers, hence Daniels opinion (and others to come). so that's my 2bits what is the translation of the name that makes the most sense. --- I am really impressed by THE TEAM on http://unobtanium.uno/Let's keep that list growing. I would suggest the next 3 are chinese, german, and russian (in those languages). #3 edit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rare_Earths_Trade_Dispute

Block 614191, 82.2 million difficulty. Most difficult block I've ever seen for Uno. Nearly 1.9 phs.

Hi crackfoo, FWIW I have made my binaries available for debian (amd64, 64bit): https://cryptap.us/uno/uno-wheezy.amd64.tar.gzhttps://cryptap.us/uno/uno-jessie.amd64.tar.gz!!!NOTE!!! These binaries are compiled with "--with-incompatible-bdb" so I'm using the version of Berkeley DB in Debian. If you care about being backwards compatible with version bdb v4.8 please backup your current wallet.dat and remove it from .unobtanium so that a new one can be created. Basically, use a new wallet.dat and move coins there to test with. I use the wheezy version for all my services and have not observed any issues. But I don't mine so if you are still running into issues it could be something in the mining rpc, block submission code or a miss-configured system. I do have a current issue with Insight explorer not understanding confirmed transactions but I am more suspicious of the general bitcoin v10 code and how Insight is working with it (lots of flux at Bitpay on how Insight will move forward). edit: changed links, clarified 64bit I'll give them a try, I use the --with-incompatible-bdb as well. Wil let you know if there is any change. hasn't crashed yet... so far so good. But wallet address changed yet again.... uKfQf7M6WX47Pt5PYatGzKcAAfgVjfoRuh cryptapus, still running with your build. Do you do anything custom with your building??? I just run: make -f makefile.unix USE_UPNP=1 USE_QRCODE=1 USE_IPV6=1 Nothing custom, just: ./autogen.sh ./configure --with-incompatible-bdb make
bleh.. crashed again.

@ Crackfoo: hang in there!
Guild Update
Mrsencekomeen is the 13th TT to get issued DVC. Go, Mr. S.!
And we've figured out how to put a 'cryptographic lock' on DVC's 'blockchain' at any time, using . . . the rockchain! (Hat-tip to Siameze)
Here's the tx id:
INOfkrBfz6fXMndjyLvucbz6OKszCMFDtlEaJwhU+K/tOpnRNIMffLfugIw51u8uaKl0vgDxG6lH3lx60pgteAM=
[And Bitcoin Charlie holds 10 'spare' oz of bullion for DVC. Has for months now. Hat-tip to B.C.]
And Balu2 has scored 15 Uno @ .0106 each by asking.
And there is still 20 Uno for anyone to spend on Edgar's products. His site remains under development. But the Uno is in the kitty.
And 'Tacktic' recently added a liquidity pledge.
Yes, the Guild remains small and experimental; but its 'Aggregated Resources' are steadily growing -- we're aiming at a coupla mil within 5 years.
If you need to sell Uno, come and ask at the Guild. Keeping Uno out of Cryptsy's wallet is a primary goal.

China Invasion Update:
Daniel has informed me that he has completed the work on first drafts of both documents and sent them on to @pnoch for critique/approval.
When @pnoch approves of a final draft, I will ask him to:
1. Authorize @FallingKnife to pay Daniel .3 BTC. Reach Daniel @fox19891989 for wallet address confirmation.
2. Send completed correct drafts to @Learminer. Learminer will create a Chinese Language Tab on unobtanium.uno.
3. Hopefully Pnoch can start a new Chinese Language Unobtanium Thread here on BTCTalk where he can post the Chinese version of the OP translation. Anyone that could give him assistance in decorating it with UNO branding etc will be highly appreciated.
That is all.

Hello FallingKnife & Bryce Weiner, There seems to be an issue with the Unobtanium daemon & p2pool merge mining. While using the daemon on Xubuntu 14.04 64bit I am not receiving any merge mine payments at all, but if I switch to using the QT wallet - payments resume as normal. I've tested this over a 4 day period, it is constant. I get no errors when compiling the daemon or QT wallet as well as no errors in my p2pool logs - everything appears to be working fine, but the payments are not appearing in my wallet when using the daemon. Both the QT wallet & daemon use the same startup command & wallet database. I've posted in the p2pool thread about the issue: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=18313.msg11556398#msg11556398I'm not sure if the issue is the same on other OS's. Thanks. EDIT: Issue raised on github.
