Nah, if there's no such decentralized casino since a casino is created to earn profit, a real decentralized wouldn't mind about profit, but they can ask a donation. Another thing is cooperate with gambling provider need to follow their TOS which is only allowed for centralized casino. Decentralized casino is possible to be created, but with very limited games.

I predict the wrong result since I predict Liverpool will win, but well the fact isn't. Liverpool is very unlucky they can't win in their home.
