I think VPN is not allowed as per their terms or is it like you can use it if you are not coming from a restricted region? Something like that I think but when you will proceed for the KYC and it usually takes some time your funds will be processed after that but if there's any issues you can surely update us here to discuss about the same.

Isnt using VPN considered as breach of terms especially if you are coming from a country that is actually banned from accessing duelbits?
