Withdrawal seems to work now
Withdrawals are still not working for me. But at least the UI has been updated to show me who the top 5 users are!  WTF? I have just withdrawn some BCN without trouble (it says Finished) although I don't know how to check since I am still synching the blockchain and no transaction hash appears on the web. BCN transactions have been fine, its all the others that seems to be down. But a fix hopefully soon. |

Oke i have to step up a little bit. I have had never problems with withdrawal my bcn coins. But yes sometimes it does not put the coins from the pool to your own balance. But yet again chill out. It all will be fine. Just have some patience. to give you a climb of my withdrawals i will post a image here. And if you don't like it or whatever, just go somewhere else. I can withdraw my BCN just fine. We're not talking about BCN withdrawals, we're talking about all the other coins. Have you been able to withdraw something other than BCN lately? And if you don't like it or whatever, just go somewhere else. That simple
No Brander, it's not that simple. I mined coins. I would like my coins. It's that simple. I stopped mining at Minergate over a week ago but I'm not just going to throw up my hands, walk away, and let them keep my coins. Minergate has had withdrawal issues from the day they opened. And although they do eventually resolve issues, as a customer I find their priorities insulting. People have been letting them know about withdrawal issues for over a week. In that time they have released updates to the website and mining software, meanwhile a bug on their website prevents withdrawals goes unresolved. |

But There where people who cant withdraw bcn coins as well. I can agree with you about issues and they need to be fixed. But I think people hosting and programming this in there spare time. So its more like a hobby then work. That is how I look at it. So that means that it can take longer. And i guess when they update the site they are frozen the payouts and withdrawals just to be sure nothing goes wrong. I would do that to if i was hosting such a site. I always did get my coins so I think it is not a scam site. Maybe i got lucky  brander |

The fact is that even if they do this in their spare time, the operators of Minergate.com are making money/altcoins from people using their service. 2.5%.
This is reason enough for them to handle their withdrawal issues, rather than just leaving the population in the dark. They are trying to provide a service and being compensated for it... Where is the end user's compensation?

Minergate will damage the coins also, not only the miners. The Dev Team of the coins should post alert to anyone want to mine their coins in Minergate, untill the withdraw running smoothly. |
