But, based of my experience (right now) my account still unverified without putting my KYC. I have my highest withdraw with 2 digits number, over 1-2 years still not asking any (KYC) me.

What kind of instant bonus do you expect? rebate? well this one is available in BK8 account and you can claim it every day when you play the game just try to check it slowly, it's just that the percentage is low starting from 0.1% - 1.2% depending on your VIP level while for weekly loss back it is around 7% - 17% also depends on VIP level. If you not claim it within that period (a week) then the bonus will be removed, and bonuses must be claimed manually via the promotions page. The claim deadline is Sunday, then the bonus is sent on Monday, in one case I was late in claiming it and they still give me tolerance but only one day late not more than a month, there's no harm in trying to contact support.

As always, (1) a sports bet issue and (2) a small case, around 15k PHP (~262 USD)
I can guess what the result of this case:
The sportsbook provider detected your betting activity as abnormal and notified BK8 to close your account.

You should be the second casino I have seen suspending the account of a user after a good win due to violation of your terms and conditions but what I don't understand is the reason you don't explain which part of your terms and conditions was violated. Could it be that the user tried to exploit a vulnerability in your system and you felt it will do more harm to you if such is divulged to the public? If not this, it would have been better to point to the section of your rules they violated so they can repent and will not hold anything against your company. Pardon me if I missed where you pointed that out already.

1. I guess the clear explanation of which rules were broken is good for you (BK8.Official).
2. If the reason is satisfactory then you can refund the deposits (if the player have anything left) but if the reason does not look satisfactory then the user should get paid all the balance they have after that if you do not want to continue the business with the player then you can suspend their account.

Most of the time these type of issues can be easily resolved just by discussing between each others.

I never give close attention to BK8 but my impression on them is that they are a good platform with not many accusations against them.

This is the tricky part, They have the rights to not disclosed their findings and they can enforced immediately their punishment without further explanation based on their ToS.

You are lucky if you can get a closure on your case but based on a lot of same problem here they don’t disclose the reason it will give an idea to other user to follow the same patter of potential exploit or something related to their security.
