Reactor, 90% of the posts on this page are yours, would you mind starting a thread in scam accusation and deal with your dirty laundry there?

This is a feedback thread, to give feedback.. you hijacked this thread and turned it into a personal vendetta, you also most likely got 80% of the people that had notified turned on to turn it off.

If you want to talk about Fraud, start a fraud thread with an appealing title... if you want to talk about scam accusation, post it in the right forum... Do it once or twice here but don't hijack the thread... this is a feedback thread for positive and negative feedback and you turned this into a circus revolving around conversations between you and Josh.  We understand they delete your posts, please stop re-posting the same thing times and times and times again.. keep it to new stuff, no point re-posting THE SAME complaint 50 times.

I see you boys and girls are having fun Smiley

I just wanted to comment on one point made by Rami in the GAW thread: he or she or ... anyway, Rami mentioned that any compensation for delivery delays only applies to packages STAMPED later than the promised date, not accepted. Just keep in mind that GAW have mastered the old eBay trick of printing a shipping label days before actually shipping the product, so that will be your "stamped" date. In other words, good luck getting your compensation should you ever need one.

On a positive note, looks like hosted miners are coming up and hashing, so hopefully deliveries will meet the estimates too.

Re reactor's posts: it is an unmoderated thread so we'll have to learn to live with some users having a lot of frustration to vent or perhaps uber-ecstatic fans too - yet to see one of those but I'm sure it will happen. I do agree however that reactor should consider starting a Scam Accusations thread if he (or she, damn interwebs anonymity) feels so strongly about it. I'm myself quite indifferent now as I'm 5 minutes away from becoming an ex-customer, but reactor has some very important points, like the proof of sockpuppeting by the CEO. This is one of those things that puts all other GAW actions into a certain perspective.

My experience with their CS was terrible. Sent in a question last Monday, Thomas got replied to me within the evening saying I would be directed to sales specialist. Great! I thought, then come Thursday I wanted to see why I got no reply and then just got ignored. Tried posting in the GAWMiners thread hoping the active GAW people would reply but ignored again.

Trying with Juan now from 112bit since Thursday (Memorial Weekend might be keeping him busy). My question was so simple too, I just wanted to if GAW could do anything as per their best price policy with the S1 Antminers because I noticed $150 difference. Wanted to show some support by purchasing from them but nope!

Got Wildstar coming out this weekend and I wanted to setup my miners by then but now it's going to cut into my game time.

Feeling like I need to beg to spend some money heh :l

If anyone would like to share or PM a public pool stats link for a GAW miner I can put it into the OP for more exposure. Or if a new hardware performance thread is created please let me know and I'll link to it.

Looks like the CEO is backpedaling on shipping. What the heck does it even mean - "verify each tracking number to make there has been an update", or "calling to get the tracking number updated before its sent". Are they licking stamps or something? Smiley

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=529093.msg6970290#msg6970290

Good Morning Guys,

Just an update on shipping!

I said they would be going out last night. And they did, and they are still going out. I have a person working full time to send them out. Whats taking the time is they are verify each tracking number to make there has been an update. We have learned that if the tracking number is not updated by the time the person gets it, the first thing they do is ask why. We are trying to avoid that confusion by verifying and calling to get the tracking number updated before its sent Smiley

The users here are copying any challenges customers are having from our official company thread. They are purposely cutting out positive feedback and only posting the ones that are issues.

As evident by the fact that the same 2 users post over and over again. Their agenda is fairly obvious.........

As is yours. Those might be the only ones posting here but the bystanders see the content.

Besides, you delete the negative feedback on your thread regularly. Who are you to tell them not to post the good (and probably shilled) comments. Whats worse, not telling the whole truth or deleting the truth?

tl;dr Nobody received their miners today so we can be confident that nobody wants the software and that Zen doesn't need to be functioning yet either. As for tomorrow, well...

I think you have this backwards. Nobody is cutting out anything here. You are cutting out a lot of stuff in your "official" thread. This thread wouldn't even exist if you didn't do that.

Speaking of agenda, you've been gawfully silent on the question of sockpuppeting. What's your position on that? Legitimate marketing practice?

10pm eastern time and still no tracking # for my Black Widow (Week 1).  I did get a real live tracking # for my Zeus Cyclone and it will be here on Thursday.  Maybe Zenminer will work by then?

this can become a legal issue very quickly

Oh this is fantastic. Is this going to be as quick as their shipping though?

GAW and Zen seem to be in disagreement as to whether customers are logging in

I don't think there was ever any doubt that GAW lied about this one. If you click on the "Register" link on Zen site it doesn't do anything, so there is no way they would be disallowing registration by order number or serial number or whatever, since it doesn't even ask for any of those things. It's just not working yet, period. But admitting such a fact in GAW universe is deemed to be less honorable than making up a totally incredible story about selective registration. Sometimes I think the CEO is about 8 years old - I think that's roughly the age when you feel confident and invincible in your fantasy world and adults around you kind of go along with it ascribing it to "creativity".

Did anyone ever see a response from GAW about my enquiry regarding the temperatures their chips run at?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=529093.msg6894368#msg6894368

I got the feeling they quickly doused that question with the spray of a thousand fawning fan-boy accounts gushing about how super-duper GAW is.

Looks like calling them out on GPL breach worked:

Linked is the source, some config examples, and binaries for Windows and Raspberry Pi.

To balance out the negative tone of this thread I feel obligated to post this nicely composed GAW press release Grin

New user, first post here.

Boxes have started arriving in the mail, and I just wanted to give some major kudos to GAW and Josh in particular. We took a gamble on you for this pre-order business but I'm starting to breathe much easier now. GAW has delivered on absolutely everything they've promised, and much, much more.
- store credit to compensate for Gridseed price drop
- next day, free shipping on product launch
- non-stop engagement on this forum by Josh, keeping us informed and answering questions and concerns
- excellent response to customer service inquiries
- free zenminer controllers

Oh. My. GAW.

Seriously. I just keep getting more than I ever expected.

And I'm sure I'm missing some. This level of customer service (especially in this particular business) is unprecedented, and I have to believe that this product launch is a loss-leader when everything is tallied. BUT... GAW has made a loyal customer here, and probably many more.

Whatever the mining future holds, I can't wait to see GAW play a major role in it.  Keep up the great work.

Is anybody's G-Blade still down?  I know there was an e-mail sent out saying they are having issues but I was wondering if I was the only one still down.
