Agree, don't say the surprise is over because this year's World Cup we have experienced many unexpected things in the top 16 up to the semi-finals which have produced a national team far beyond expectations. The trip to Morocco was originally considered a complementary spice to the world cup but in fact, it was able to get rid of the giant national team which clearly had the experience of the world cup. Croatia certainly has quality players who have sent Brazil home. The Netherlands was sent home by Argentina, and Portugal also finally had to accept defeat. England is not a weak national team, but in front of France they had to submit and the fate of Harry Kane, who missed the penalty, was clearly an unexpected factor. As a result, the semi-finals will be even more exciting because it will be more difficult to guess who will pass with the best performance of their respective national teams.

Now saying that Morocco will win the world cup is not really that weird.
So many strange and unusual things have happened in this world cup.
Portugal, Brazil, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, all gone.

Maybe your prediction is right because Morocco is the first African country to reach the semi-finals.  And with that some good teams like Brazil Portugal Netherlands England all got eliminated from the World Cup. Now if Morocco can beat France then Morocco will go to the final and I think if Morocco qualify for the final they can face Argentina but I have  doubt if they can win against Argentina.

I can't see how Morocco would win against France. Giroud is having a great performance, Mbape and Dembele didn't impress me against England, but Morocco isn't England. The English team played surprisingly well against France, but the referee didn't give them more penalties.
The match between Croatia and Argentina seems unpredictable. Perhaps Croatia could achieve a draw in 120 minutes and win in the penalty shootout. The Balkan team became well known for it's ability to eliminate it's opponents via penalties. Just look at what they did in the last World Cup in Russia. I'm not impressed by Argentina, they were the better team against Netherlands, but I just don't like their style.

FIFA is investigating Argentina regarding breaches against the Netherlands during the quarter-finals. It is possible that there will be sanctions for Argentina and some of its players who were involved in a commotion with Dutch officials. Considering that the match was hot between the players, the referee even issued a total of 17 yellow cards for players from the two countries. Even the Argentinian coach also received a yellow card from the referee. Even though Argentina won the match on penalties, it seems that this case will be of particular concern to the Argentine side, hoping that the players will still be able to play in the semifinal match against Croatia later, especially Messi is a key player in the Argentina squad to win the next game.

So far Morocco has surprised people around the world with what they did in the Qatar world cup, they were not seeded against Spain and also Portugal but they got through it, as well as against France in the semi-finals later.
so I think there is a chance that Morocco will be able to surprise again.

and for Argentina against Croatia it will be very tough because these two teams have a very strong mentality.
and I also really don't like Argentina after what happened during the match against the Netherlands, they almost failed because they had to concede 2 goals in the last minute, that's a bad thing in my opinion.
and Croatia are the teams that have progressed so far because of penalties, and I hope that in the semifinals there will also be penalties and let's see who has more luck.

I couldn't see how Morocco will win Spain but they did it. I could not also see how Morocco will win Portugal but they also did. I don't need to see how Morocco will win Frace before they will do it. One thing I want to say about the Morocco team is that if they remain consistent and maintain their pattern they will also go past France.
France is not unbeated, I remember an African team called Tunisia also beat France in this World Cup.

No one thought Morocco would win against Spain, and yet they won.

The same happened with Portugal. Morocco is playing well even though the players are not super stars. And yet, somehow, they are winning against super stars.

No one thought Morocco would win against Spain, and yet they won.

The same happened with Portugal. Morocco is playing well even though the players are not super stars. And yet, somehow, they are winning against super stars.

maybe Morocco is not the favorite even in the group stage. but what they showed as group winners, even beating the 2 favorite countries shows they have a game to be reckoned with.
some football lovers may see that some of the games used by Morocco look boring. but this is football. with whatever strategy they can use, the most important thing is that the result makes them win.

let's see, in the semi-finals whether Morocco can consistently with a strong strategy in defense. or France which will dismantle Morocco's defenses and stop Morocco's progress which has gone far enough at this time.

I agree with you. If Morocco continues their match tactics and performances then they have the potential to qualify for the finals. Having sent home three renowned teams Belgium, Spain, and Portugal, this team is certainly not to be taken lightly. Accidents may happen once, but accidents do not happen again and again. Morocco deserves these wins. They performed very well. Especially their match strategy surprised everyone. Morocco has shown that it is possible to consistently perform well and win only by keeping the defense strong. A formidable team awaits France in the semi-finals. France must play carefully.

I watched the match between this two teams and I agree that it was a really hot match, both Argentina and Netherlands played as if theyve had some kind of fight before the match started, I saw the way they were just pushing each other down and commiting fouls almost every minute, one would want to assume that it is because the game was a very long one due to both teams not agreeing to be defeated by the other, but then the whole face off in the middle of the field was totally uncalled for.

So I am not surprised that fifa is really investigating what happened between this two teams, but I don't think there will be a ban of any kind, the worst that can happen is that the team at fault will be fined heavily, but aside this rift, that match was one of the most heated match in all of the matches in this year's world cup.

however, Morocco was not an equal opponent to France. there is a big gap between the two teams that will fight in the semifinals later and we know this very well. the scenario, Marocco as usual will not play with an open scheme. and if they do, it's finished for Marocco. I'm not too sure, in this phase there will be surprises again. there are not many options for Marocco but to survive, they just wait until the game is a draw and hope to win the battle in the penalty shootout. It looks like the fight will go one way. and we will see how the French players dismantle their opponents, especially Mbappe and Dembele. if these two players are in prime condition, I'm not sure that Marocco will be able to withstand the onslaught of attacks built by the French players.

Argentina vs Croatia, the situation will be the same and most likely Croatia will only rely on counterattacks against Argentina.  however, if you look at the provisional predictions for line-ups and formations. Argentina will use the same formation as against the Netherlands with a 5-3-2 pattern. I assume, in this fight will not end until the penalty shootout.

Match results are uncertain now with the "dark horses" making their way to the semi-finals. Croatia may well do what you're saying and wait for their time to counter. It's amazing how teams could keep the ball 70% to 80% of the time and still fail to score. Argentina may be a different team but who knows what's going to happen.

I honestly want either Croatia or Morocco win the Finals because that would be a historic moment for both countries and FIFA.

Maybe this is just to warn all the participating countries that FIFA will not be silent about this kind of incident. It is possible that if there is a definite sanction it will be imposed after the world cup ends. Apart from that all Argentina must really have a complete squad to face Croatia later.
