My money is on a couple of both to score games tonight. First one already doesn't look very good since I picked Leverkusen march where it is still 0:0. there are some chances though so I am still hopeful

Later on, I am waiting Liverpool - Napoli BTS and Marseille - Spurs BTS, those two should hit and I will probably add some more money on them. Maybe even Napoli to win, they looked really good this season while we all know how much problems Liverpool has at the moment.

I cant believe how the players of Simeone plays today... i never seen this one in a Simeone team, really lack of all.

It is the only result I got an exact score on Atletico Madrid tonight,shame for them to not even qualify for the Europa League and now their full focus should be on the La Liga where they need to fight hard for a position in the Champions League as they are far away from the two leaders and just one point ahead from their followers,I think now Simeone or whoever takes over if he quits or is fired will have enough time to improve their game play.

In a group like this one when I first saw the draw I thought what an easy group for Atletico Madrid and how things turned around is that Atletico Madrid ended last in this group.

These late goals really ruined things for me. After early games I managed to go up by 12 place to 7th position I think. After late games I'm back to 19th place. Everything looked fine until Liverpool scored twice in the end where I needed draw. And Spurs offcourse had to score on 95th minute where 1:1 would be my exact prediction.
Champions league is that kind of tournament where it will be much more difficult to improve your positions after group stage simply because there will be significantly less games played after it.
Atletico out not just from Champions league, but they won't even go to Europa league. Pathetic.
Watched meaningless Plzen - Barca game. And I didn't expected that it will be so entertaining. And I'm not even concerned that Barca let Plzen to score twice. We didn't played with our main squad.

Great win for Tottenham against Marseille, they turned around result after losing in first half, and this was my only exact score today in CL predictor pool.
We need to somehow ban KTChampions from participating in next rounds, or cut his internet connection, he is slowly taking big advantage over other player  and coming near 100 points.

What a shame that Liverpool finally chose to keep a clean sheet on the oddest of days, just the same way they did against Man City in the EPL a couple of weeks ago, they conceded goals against even weaker opponents, but when you have money them for BTTS, that's when decide to have a moral compass guiding them defensively.

It is more of a shame that a goal more would have seen them finish as the group winner, they conceded one too many in the opening fixture.

Well yesterday night was unexpected for me,I did better than anyone else on the pool which is surprising as I have been doing really bad during all other weeks.This round is not over as there are today another 8 fixtures and I doubt I will be keeping the first place through these games too,still happy though as I climbed some positions in the standings,just moved a bit further from the rock bottom.

Juventus game is crucial tonight,in order for them to go to Europa League they need a victory against PSG or they need a draw and Benfica to beat Maccabi.Yesterday Atletico got eliminated and if Juventus gets the same tonight it will be a strange Champions League season for sure.

I tried to go with a lot of upsets last night, because of my shitty position in the pool, but the only one that went for me was Exact score for Porto.

As it stands, swogerino in the lead this round but KTChampion is truly cementing his top position, I believe after tonight we will not see the table move very much.

Did you guys see the drama in Sporting - Eintracht match? When loosing Eintracht was last in the group and out if Europe, then they turned the match around and managed to qualify for CL knockout stages. Maybe not the flashiest club, but there was a lot if emotions yesterday and I don't mind them progressing trough.

Would be best for me to stop betting in CL altogether, can't get a winning ticket no matter how small or big I try.

Too bad we won't see something like that today, but we'll have some crucial games to decide who advances to knockout phase: Milan - Salzburg, Shakhtar - Leipzig. Any predictions?

I believe after tonight we will not see the table move very much.

That's how these pools work, you have to get an an early lead to try to consolidate in the top positions, top 15 or so, and then it's all about consistency and trying to hit the most points from upsets. Fortunately, there's still lots of games left to play so I think there could be some big movements during the round of 16 next year

You are not alone,in the pool I predicted correctly as I just put predictions whichever came to my mind.The problem though is that I thought Marseille maybe would win in their home field as when playing at London they caused a lot of suffering to Tottenham so I put some money on them yesterday night and lost them.I would prefer much more to lose the three points in the pool rather than the bet but I agree with you,I should also stop betting here,I have stopped betting big on sports from a long time but I need to stop it definitely for good.I am not good in this anyway.

We'd have needed 2 more goals actually, so we needed to win by 4+ margin last night. It was never happening, to be honest. We lost it when we let Napoli score 4 goals haha.

I think the confusion and the questions come from the fact that in the other Betnomi prediction games (e.g. Bundesliga) the winners have already been receiving their yellow cap winnings since the beginning of the season. That's probably why many people don't understand why a yellow cap win is credited to the user's account in the Bundesliga betting game but not in the CL. There should be no technical difference in the awarding of the prizes, or am I wrong?

Anyway, as long as you're tracking the winners I am fine with it. Even though I don't really understand the process or the problems behind the scenes.

I can only relay the information from sponsors, and I guess we don't know the technicalities behind it. As I said, I'm recording winners, and when the time comes, prizes will be given out. That's my guarantee, one way or other =)

I saw the drama in Spurs match, as they had so much injury time I could see last minutes after Liverpool game.

Marseille were the most broken-hearted in the whole group probably. They were basically out, then when they scored, were in UCL, then when equalised, were in Europa, then in final minute lost and got zero.

Pleased that Frankfurt got through too, Europa winners proving they're good enough for Last 16, and Europa runners up proving they're the worst team in UCL (at least Viktoria can score more than 1 open play goal haha).

My bad, I must have forgotten that the away goals rule no longer applies in the CL, because If it that were to have been the case, Liverpool would would have the advantage on the head to head basis, because 3 unanswered goal at the Anfield would be better than the 4-1 loss Liverpool suffered at the opening game. looking at all the potential group winners and the fact that clubs from the same league can't face each other, the best you can hope for is Porto, I'd guess.

Group D was really thrilling yesterday - with both away teams getting the wins needed to qualify for the knockouts.
To make it even more exciting, both of them came from behind to achieve them.

Liverpool finally had a decent game as well, not spectacular for the neutrals but controlled like we used to not so long ago. A good step in the right direction.

Haha no I actually personally prefer to meet stronger teams earlier, it's just something I feel makes it right for you in this kind of KO tournament. Play too many easy games and you get "careless", play tough ones first, and you're set for better performances.

Not to mention I really don't want to meet Porto AGAIN, like we met Napoli AGAIN. I love the competition to see us play against new teams. Ajax and actually even Rangers were really refreshing.

I won't mind meeting Milan again if they somehow top their group, but my preference is Bayern also is nice to meet (remind Mane or get taught a lesson haha) and PSG too, Real... had enough of them!

Yep, I hate the new rules that narrow the options of the teams you can draw even more. That's why it's starting to happen that year after year you draw the same teams - and it gets boring really fast.
Also - teams from Russia/Netherlands/Portugal shouldn't be drawn to the 1st pot automatically, that creates imbalance in the groups because sometimes it happens that a team in pot 3 is stronger than a team in pot 1.

Some CL groups are actually quite boring - and that should not be happening in the most elite club championship.

It actually turned out to be good for me. I had 1 - 2 for Tottenham which means I was able to steal 3 more points out of nowhere.
Second time I doubted the boys. But happy to see that they proved me wrong and won against Napoli. I did not get any point from the pool but seeing Liverpool winning their match, makes me happier than anything else.

KTChampions is a monster. How many of you will consider him the winner of the pool? I have a bad feeling (🤣), he will win it LOL

What a bad season for Spanish teams.

- Pathetic of Madrid out of all the competitions.
- FARCELOANS out of UCL in group stage and uesterday conceding two goals against a beer. (a Pilsen one to be more specific)
- Sevilla (for this one have one nickname but can be very offensive so i keep for myself) out again in group stage and went to his favorite tournament the E.L.

Only Real Madrid like always its saving LaLiga.

I still remember when LaLIga a few years ago was the most powerfull in europe winning all in all the tiers.
