I thought that Leipzig will be quite an easy opponent to fight against, but in fact, that was not. Leipzig really could balance the game with Real Madrid, but fortunately, Real Madrid has more effective and accurate attacking lines.

Leipzig isn't a small club, they have a good reputation in international matches. You are wrong if you think this team is an easy opponent. Moreover, Real Madrid has no pure striker, Benzema got injured. Real Madrid attacking line should be not as strong as usual. However, they could win the match with 2 goals, Ancelotti successfully handles the crisis of CF. I think, as long as Vinicius-Rodrygo-Valverde have no problem with their fitness, Real Madrid attackers will remain effective.

Chelsea had a disappointing start to the champions league and with the recent sacking of the former coach Thomas Tuchel it is clear the club was not happy with the performance and the result of the game but that is past now, with the new coach arriving I think some things will change and I expect the new manager will come with new strategies and tactics that will improve the squad and their playing style.

I was pretty surprised that Borussia Dortmund could keep up so well with Manchester City today because for me ManCity is one of the biggest favorites to win the Champions League title this year again. Dortmund on the other hand is not a Tier 1 european football club for me and there performances in the Bundesliga season so far have also been pretty weak and they were pretty lucky to have that money points already in the Bundesliga.
Still Dortmund managed to show a great performance today and was totally on the same level as Manchester City. Dortmund had a few good potential chances to create a huge chance but the last pass was always not precise enough. Still they were ahead until the 80th minute of the game. Good effort by Dortmund and a lucky win for ManCity.

Manchester City nicely got themselves 3 points in match against Borussia Dortmund. Especially right after Dortmund scored their first goal in second half, match became far more competitive and enjoyable to watch. Manchester City is generally seen in top but, not seen as the #1 biggest favorite in champions league yet they are going great both league and champions league. And they prove they have very capable players like Haaland.

Real Madrid 2 vs 0 RB Leizpig
Although the match went a little difficult, but madrid managed to show a winning mentality at the end of today match.

Bad luck still to be with juventus at the moment, looks like they haven't been able to bounce back after a series of bad results in the league and champions league.

I don't think anyone would expect that Napoli could be this strong in UCL, moreover they are in the same group with Liverpool and Ajax and now Napoli is on the Top.

At this point, Chelsea will most likely can't surpass the group stage, and seems like the new manager doesn't make any big impact.

Both Juventus and Dortmund get what they deserve for letting go their top scorer, but at least Dortmund got some big money out of Haaland while Juve giving away Paulo Dybala.

It is a great win for Manchester city. Pep made good substitutions and it paid off. Three subs gives it better offensively.  Being patient and controlling while chasing the game isn't easy at all. Everyone will remember this great result. I like the fact that they were able to come back into the game after Dortmund first goal. As for Halaand, he is what we call a complete striker. Halland will go extra mile. Can't believe the energy the guy is using. Manchester City will enjoy this tremendous guy with his scoring abilities.

Real Madrid's 2-0 win over RB Leipzig continued their 100 per cent record to start the season with a win in the Champions League. Yes, at first before entering the Champions League group stage, Juventus' performance received a lot of criticism, not only in the Champions League but in Serie A, Juventus also looked not fully ready to start the season. Massimiliano Allegri's changes did not go well and as expected, they continued to lose in various competitions. I'm not sure Allegri's men can last long enough in Group H, moreover they will compete with PSG and Benfica.

It was such a difficult but great comeback by Manchester City.

Dortmund has a great match but two unbelievable moments from John Stones and Erling Haaland help Manchester City to flip the result in last minutes of the match.

Both of the goals Stones and Haaland scored were incredible. Stones scored by a rocket that the goalkeeper didn't even see the ball and react to it.

It can be a most beautiful goal for John Stones in his career. I believe so because Stones is not a central defender who can score so many goals like John Terry or Sergio Ramos and this goal is just fantastic.

Cancelo - Haaland duo were great in the second goal also. Haaland proved once again that he can score in every kind of situation.    I was really worried about Manchester City after seeing their struggle against Dortmund after being 1-0 behind. But magically they scored two goals in four minutes and it was really devastating for Dortmund.

That is a magic combination between Cancelo and Haaland. From the trivela pass of Cancelo to a powerful finish from Haaland, all were done perfectly. This goal again shows the importance of Haaland with Manchester City and again confirms that he is a necessary player to complete the squad for Pep Guardiola.

At least Dortmund have tried to make a draw but luck fell to Manchester City who could finally get an additional goal which could finally make them win and add points in the Champions League standings, Lucky Manchester City has Erling Haaland who can give the best contribution and always brings them to victory.

Dortmund played quite well in the first half, their defense was solid enough to withstand the attacks built by Manchester City, Dortmund was able to take advantage of opportunities to score through Jude Blingham, but unfortunately in the 80th minute Manchester City were able to equalize through a Jhon Stones goal.

Napoli's team continues to surprise. I don't read much about the Napoli team. but after the Liverpool defeat I became interested in Napoli. and last night's game Napoli can win with a fantastic score I think.

Stay calm and patient. This is just the first match for the new manager. It’s a new experience, the Champions league. Graham Potter is still experimenting. I believe that if Potter had started from the beginning (pre-season) maybe he had found a formula for this team.

A very disappointing start for Chelsea. Losing and drawing a match is not the best way to start. The problem with Chelsea is from the midfield. The absence of Kante not in matches is making Chelsea not win as they are supposed to. Chelsea needs a better midfielder not someone like Jorginho.

This is the first match for Potter handling Chelsea as a coach, hoping to see him play the new and old players that are yet to be played in any match since the beginning of this season(premier league and champions league)

This was Juventus' second loss in a row in the group stage and previously Juventus also lost 1-2 to Paris Saint-Germain last week and there may be hope against Benfica can make up for the previous defeat with PSG, but what happened. Juventus received the same defeat and with the same score 1-2 by Benfica who in my opinion played very well and continued to try to break into Benfica's defense after being 1-0 down at the start of the match.
and this is the first time Juventus have lost in their first two Champions League group stage matches, and Allegri has had to improve his team in all competitions.
