similar question last year, though you did not get a direct answer. The medium link is probably in relation to the size of the image. Medium relative to the full size; maybe the purpose was to reduce image size. I think at some point it just got disabled.
As for frame, I am not sure.

These are options for different image sizes, which are resized by the system itself. Since the system doesn't create these images, these options are disabled.
In the case of the frame, it would be a useful function in HTML, generating a frame around the image.

P.S: I just discovered one little thing. When you visit the site with the Bitcointalk🧐com (not dot org), it takes (redirects) you to a crypto swapping site! Is this legit? Anybody noticed this before?
