Haaland is back by the way for the ones who hasn't been able to keep up. He entered the Burnley game in the Premier League late last night. We would see him being in the starting lineup soon I assume. Now Manchester City have all of their deadly players on the pitch.    This must be really scary for Copenhagen already now.

Rather than this matchup I'm curious about whether Manchester City will manage to get a back-to-back title. It isn't an easy job despite being one of the strongest teams on paper. Technically they are the biggest favourite as well.    I see Real Madrid as the biggest threat for now.

Anyday Anytime, Real Madrid would be considered the best and favorite to win the Champions League but as we know Manchester City are not doing bad to be able to come first place.
Copenhagen even with them youth did well during the games against Manchester United and also Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich was the shocker fir me as they held them till they draw that game. Bayern Munich really did find it hard to win during the Champions League second fixture against Copenhagen.

It's enough message for Manchester City not to look down on Copenhagen. In between they play good football. Having both Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne and Jeremy Doku would increase them creativity.

In fact, Arsenal has a similar habit every season, when they enter an important moment they lose balance, there are underlying factors. This season Arsenal does have better squad depth than last season, the signing of players like Declan Rice and Kai Havertz makes the team more solid. It's true, there are several shortcomings that need to be corrected by Arteta in the future, especially regarding the defense line. One of the tough match to watch out for. Who's getting eliminated and who's qualifying for next round? Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan are on the same level because they have the necessary players and the coaches, clashing together wouldn't be an issue because the best teams always wins. Yeah I agree with you that Arsenal doesn't need more players right now because they currently have all it takes to get to any level of performance they want because there squad is very much okay on less they want to waste money for more players because right now Arsenal challenge is not because of inexperienced players but instead I believe it should be more of determination and consistency, however we are all aware of what has been happening to Arsenal since last season that from the beginning they would play very well but before the season will go far they will start losing form, so I don't think solving the problem is by getting new players but instead the coach should be able identify the cause and work on it.

I thought that if arsenal really need a good striker but since winter transfer season has already closed and then there was no transfer is happening for arsenal till now and i must say that if arsenal is only trying to use everything available in the club. The performance from nketiah and gabriel were not so good.
Arsenal needs someone like benzema but the club has no interest to make it happen. The coach is concerning about how poor the performance from the attackers. This is the reason arsenal being linked to the benzema but the club has refused by making no movement to get him from al ittihad.
I was hoping benzema to join in arsenal but my wish was not coming true caused by the transfer season has already closed. My expectation is too big for this club or kroenke has not allowed the club to sign the new player to join in the club.

Everyone including myself was very hopeful about the rumors of Benzema coming to Arsenal, but right now what remains to be seen is that Arsenal still maintain their stand in signing only younger players that would commit long term to the success of the club and I respect that.

If we refer to the betting market for these two teams, bookmakers favor Inter over Atletico Madrid. Inter Milan with odds @1.94, while Atletico Madrid with @4.00. It is clear that Inter is currently superior to Altetico Madrid in the first leg. For me, it's natural that Inter is more favored. Apart from playing at the San Siro, Inter Milan's performance is better than Atletico Madrid in their respective domestic leagues. in terms of goal productivity, Inter is much more productive. but in the Champions League group phase, Atletico was much more productive and won the group. Meanwhile, Inter were only runners up in the group D phase.

IMO, if I refer to the pattern and system applied by these two teams, it is very likely that the match will be quite tough. however, in terms of betting options, Inter is more favored by bookies. Manchester City has solid composition between their main and reserve players, in phase group matches Pep Guardiola losses many main players but its not problem for him how the same level with reserve players and The Citizen easily manage group standings position. I think has opportunity for Manchester City for defending their UEFA Champion League tittle in this season but depend on drawing match schedule on quarter final until semifinal round.

Manchester City is a very solid and very strong team, their coach, one of the best in my opinion, has done a truly excellent job and you can see the attention he has put into the details in designing a team that you are unlikely to surprise , in my opinion it will reach the final this year too. I myself am still not thinking about the surprises that could occur in the match that Atletico Madrid will play this month because I think it is still quite early to think about it now. However, if you look at the current condition of the two teams, there is a possibility that their match could be fierce and it wouldn't be that surprising to me if Inter Milan were defeated by Atletico Madrid in that match. But because this is the Champions League, of course the potential for fierce matches is always greater for all teams.

Indeed with Dortmund achievement success qualify to 16 of round from difficult group after eliminating AC Milan and lead first standings position from PSG but I doubt their opportunity for defeating PSV Eindhoven in knock out round. Looking performance in domestic league still unbeaten until 19 matches seems PSV Eindhoven have more promising will lead one place to quarter final than Dortmund. In domestic league performance, PSV Eindhoven conceded 8 goals of 19 matches and Dortmund have played 19 matches with 26 goals conceded.

Once upon a time, Eastern Europe could compete on equal terms with Western Europe, but economic processes have led to the fact that now rich countries completely dominate. Lol, the Champions League break is not the same as the domestic league break and as such, doesn't have any significant bad or good impacts. Because basically, every club can develop and/or improve their performance to be better in the domestic league, then the performance and results they have in the domestic league can be preparation for them to play in the Champions League . After all, every season the Champions League also has a schedule like this but look at the results, most of them are still fine when they are also good in the domestic league. Even though it is not a complete guarantee but ya, at least the results and performance in the domestic league can be a consideration for us to make predictions and choices for them in the Champions League.

The round of 16 is mainly for the bigger clubs, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are not newbies but experience clubs that have the power to display their stellar performance. I'm aware of the style of football of Atletico Madrid, they always messed up injury time. I believe Atletico Madrid to be comparable to Borrusia Dortmund, they lack the basic winning mentality and always settled for what they have, more like selling their key players and generating gigantic profits from these offers they proposed to elite teams. They don't pick interest in lifting major titles and exerting energy on the trophy is simply a waste.
