Man City has everything to win again UCL title this season. They have strong players, they have an experienced coach. I tried checking with one of the bookies, for Inter Milan's favorite first match and it can be understood because this is a home match for Inter Milan which will be maximized well to make their steps in the second match easier, and Inter Milan gets odds around @ 1.94 and Atletico Madrid around @4.00 with a draw @3.20 and usually it will change although there won't be much change and the favorite team is still Inter Milan.

Other mediocre teams only win league titles less frequently and if they do it's just once in awhile so it's very likely they will lack that ability to maintain such record of getting it in a roll , a time or two luck is very possible, it difficult to maintain such records in a roll with mediocre teams because they lack the consistency and strength to do such.

A typical example is in the french league a season a go PSG the elite failed to win the league and the winners then can't retain the title again.
