I am sceptical about TOS, they tend to be far to long and far to obscure for someone to read in full and sometimes to understand in full, sites do not make any effort to make users understand the conditions that not favourable to them... Agree with you, if a gambler is interested in gambling in a particular casino and it is a reputable enough casino then it is a good step to complete KYC before depositing in that casino. It is also true that casinos also have to go through a lot of accountability, with serious issues like AML.

So what my understanding of this is -

1. Operators with fiat gateway have do KYC before you withdraw because they have to keep a track whenever crypto is converted and taken out. Other's who are only crypto do so because to eventually want to comply.

2. Operators who are only crypto do not need KYC to some amount of withdrawal. Also, only cryto have more benefits like they don't usually ban you if from a banned country. The key on here is that you should really be just simply sticking into those known and reputable sites then you do already solve out that kind of problem. Usually people who do really get victimized with these platforms
