But I have encountered several casinos that suddenly ask for KYC as whole and they gave message via email that there will be change in the tos which will enforce KYC for all customers.

I won several times with odds from 7 to 12 and it was ok, but few times the support rejected the result and returned my bet with same words: operator mistake, technical mistakes with calculating odds, sold match.
