If I were to gamble at a casino like this, I would feel like I had been cheated. If mandatory KYC is implemented, the registration form should include a checklist or notes outlining the terms and conditions of agreeing to KYC. It seems like the casino is only interested in taking deposits and doesn't care about their customers receiving their winnings.
Well, this type of behavior is not new, it's something that is very common with a lot of casinos and even most crypto currency exchange.
Even till today, trust me, there are a lot of casinos out there right now where a gambler can easily without kyc verification deposit a hundred thousand dollars, but for some time, and luckily win extra one hundred thousand dollars and ask or request a withdrawal of your entire balance on your account, you will instantly be blocked and asked to go through a kyc verification process, and get verified before your withdrawal request can be processed.

This is something a lot of casinos do and it's clearly a cheat, what if at that point, the gambler doest have the requested documents for the kyc verification, does it mean the casino will seize his or her money for ever?, I call this daylight robbery.
Lolz. This has been a discussion for some times now. The KYC issue is a discussion of time without season. We don't know when this KYC matter will end and the only thing that can end this matter is the faithfulness of the casinos on their dealing with the gamblers. For the cryptocurrency exchange platforms, their KYC is always asked at the sign up process and not at the time of depositing or withdrawing so I like centralized exchange platforms more than casino that ask KYC at the withdrawal time.

If you say it's not fair then I will point this at you and say its your ignorance to accept the terms and conditions without knowing what you are accepting. And its pretty much the same at every casino and it is very rare that you will be asked for verification to deposit funds.
Whether it is fair or not actually depends on the mindset of the gambler himself because having KYC also provides several benefits for both parties between the gambler and the gambling site.
Moreover KYC is always aimed at gamblers to make it easier if problems arise in the future because with KYC the casino team can also be quicker in helping to resolve any problems that occur.

Forget about anonymity because here we are visitors or customers and as much as possible we must always fulfill the requirements requested by the casino if it is important and must be provided.

Quote
If you still feel their terms are unfair then you are free to choose the casino that has terms in your best interest. By the way, this is just something created out of frustration arising when you violated their TOS, and now funds are on hold by the casino while waiting for verification in the future don't repeat the same mistake and if you are from a restricted country then take some time to find which casinos are accepting players from your region and you can seek help on bitcointalk too for some valuable feedbacks.

Well that true because in the crypto gambling industry there are also many casino options that may still not require KYC but who knows when making large withdrawal they will ask for it or not and there are also many cases where the casino claims non KYC but when the gambler makes large withdrawal the team asks for it complete verification requirements.
I personally would never think that casinos with KYC verification are unfair and it is better to provide KYC right from the start when registering at such a casino.

Registering from a banned country is allowed, and usually passes through for the first few days but once they check the accounts, they still usually get banned. They also need to cross-check for VPN usage as well. It's why you see so many people complaining about getting banned after a few days of playing. Plus, if they let you play on your own and then suddenly ban you, it's free money for them.
Isn't it deceptive and dishonest for casinos to still give access to gamblers from ban countries to easily register and open account with them and didn't had to ban the account immediately but giving days after which the gambler must have deposited funds into the account and boom that's when they realize it's from a banned country confiscating the account. It's just a gimmick and scheme by these sets of casinos to rob gamblers off their money having in mind that they can do nothing about it since their so-called T/C covers their actions. My charge is that they are carefully doing this in a cloak of ban-country as it's benefits them else they would have initiated restrictive measures making accessibility from ban countries a difficult task.

Well the major reason for even this whole KYC requirements from casino and exchange too is actually because of the constant pressure the government actually put these companies because without KYC, it's just like running a business that allows fraudster to do money laundering and this I think it's the excuse that most firm says about their reason for KYC verification. And I think if you take a close check you will understand that there is actually some points to the requirements.

Didn't bother checking who El Royale Casino are, but you provided an interesting line which reads "However, in some rare cases, we might ask you to provide a Credit Card Validation form to ensure the safety of your transactions"  this alone tells me this is a fiat casino and it's normal practice when you depositing via bank card as they need to protect themselves from any potential use of stolen credit cards or unauthorised cards, nothing sinister here.

This might sound a bit shady, but it's all within their legal rights. To lure in gamblers, some sites might even boast about offering anonymous gambling. But if you really read through the Terms of Service (TOS), you'll see all those legal rules, including KYC, are pretty much spelled out. So, honestly, it shouldn't come as a surprise.

These days, you can't really expect to enjoy completely anonymous gambling anymore. Always have KYC in the back of your mind – it's like a checkpoint just waiting to be enforced, especially when you start racking up those wins.

How legal is it to deceive people from telling that they don't need to submit KYC for playing on their casino? This is deceiving and not ethical actions made if they ask KYC later on especially when trying to withdraw our winnings since its like they lie to us and just want to play on their casino. If I see that casino putting a No KYC compliance on the title of their thread I immediately turn them down and erase thoughts of playing on them since for sure they use that word only for marketing.

For making thing legal and casino complying on legal matters especially on licensing expect that KYC will be ask so we make sure to play only on the best known casino exist so that this scam casino cannot fool us on their shady statements or even offers.

When casinos claim there is no KYC need and then request it afterwards, particularly when withdrawal, it is blatantly deceptive. Being open and honest about KYC requirements is not just morally right but also legally required in many places. Its a warning sign, dont you think, if they're not honest about it? Not only are these strategies dishonest, but they also hurt players that respect openness and truthfulness, like us.

Always exercise caution, please. It is wise to place your trust in well-known casinos because they typically have a strong reputation to maintain. We must always conduct research before playing. In this manner, those dishonest casinos and their dubious activities might be avoided. As an aside, have you noticed that these phony casinos frequently have eye-catching promotions that look too good to be true? Like a carrot being dangled, theres always a catch!

I remember a casino that had it written on their homepage that there is no KYC for crypto gamblers, but then they were asking for KYC when users were trying to make withdrawals. So it's basically wrong if they are saying openly that they don't ask for KYC and then they ask for it, it simply is manipulation and lying which shouldn't be done and it also damages the reputation of the platform because the whole public has seen them promoting that thing.

However, if they are not saying anything about KYC, it simply means that they have a clause about it in their terms and conditions and players should give it a read before getting involved as the platform will most probably ask them for KYC verification at some point because they haven't mentioned that they won't ask for it.

KYC will not be a surprise for gamblers who reads the casino's terms and condition. As we all know, most gamblers proceeds on playing without reading the T&C.

Unlike before, an account can easily play and every gambler can withdraw any amount of money without the need to undergo KYC. There will be no restriction, locking of account, or banning of account. KYC is not a requirement and will never be. Only those new casinos do require it as they want to regulate it. Casino's want's to know your location to avoid conflicts if ever your country restrics online gambling. Aside from that, they also require KYC to verify the identity of their players to also make sure their age.

That often happens to new casinos. That's why we really have to look for more information about the casino so that we feel free of the information from the casino. We can ask about this through the support service or email the casino for a more detailed explanation. It's better if they write the rules on another page that the casino can ask users to do KYC at any time, even at the beginning of registration.

We as gamblers, also have to ensure everything before we decide to register at the casino. And don't rush to register just because we see a very interesting promotion and don't want to be late to get it. There are still many other interesting promotions we can get so we have to ensure everything first rather than regret it later.

Should we first of all waited for the casino registration before reading up the requirements for the KYC if they are conditions we can afford to bear or not, we can't just continue making registration on wasted efforts to later discover that we cannot cope with their laid down conditions, the only condition i can accept this kind of suggestion is when the casino is not a KYC gambling platform entirely, then I will know that after my registration, i have nothing to worry about.

Mostly trusted casinos don't do like this,
hey allow us to deposit and withdraw without kyc but for sometimes like 1-3 times after making an account.
after you deposited and withdrawn many times they will ask for kyc or after reaching their withdrawal limit they will ask for KYC.

and if any casino ask for KYC when you try to withdraw first time... and all are money is you won from casino then probably the casino is a scam.
Have abnormal activities with withdrawing possibility for casino required with KYC such us huge amount of withdrawing, difference when depositing fund because difficult with abnormal activities due account controlling by real owner. Have to prepare all document needed when participating in casino, we can see Stake gambling casino platform they require for passing KYC until level four and not enough with document ID only.

Some casino if allowed for deposit and after winning close with withdrawing and get verifying account seems closer with scam kinds of casino, usually have chance for withdrawing once or second time before verifying account.
I don't agree that a casino should be called a scam or nearly a scam if it doesn't ask you for KYC verification initially when you create an account or make a deposit and then asks for it when you go for withdraw because there can be many reasons for that. A lot of gamblers don't like doing KYC and they run away when they hear the name, and if a casino asks them to complete KYC verification during registration or before they start gambling, they might go to another platform.

Also, there is basically no guarantee that a person who makes a deposit will actually be able to reach the point where they will ask for a withdraw as they will most probably lose the money. However, if gamblers read the terms and conditions, such casinos already have it mentioned there, so we can't consider them near scammers just because of that.

Yeah its not fair for them to get called as scam if they didn't mentioned that they don't need to ask that KYC but there's written words on their TOS that they might require this in future or any other circumstances that needed some verification on gamblers side. But if they claim that there casino is no KYC compliant where the gamblers doesn't really need to submit their personal details but end up asking that then its like deceiving them. Since in first place they tell that and use to market their casino but why they ask this? So I guess that casino can be called as scam since no users that doesn't like to submit their KYC would play on their casino if they just told it to them while promoting their casino.

That deceiving tactics is unethical and I think scammers only use that word to attract users to come to their casino. We know to many people doesn't like to submit their KYC and deceiving them is not good action so we must avoid them.

They are not requesting for KYC is not in most cases because you're coming from a country where gambling is banned or where the casino platform does not support your country ip address, because if you byepass them in this and register, they will just block your account instead of requesting for KYC, but from this discussion, it focus on the casino requirements for registration, when you are starting, they may not require for kyc, but as long as you remain with them, they will only request for kyc when you're ready to make withdrawals, this is not done because they wanted to be unfair to you, but they think they have helped you enough to have waited that long before you provide them with the KYC requirements.

Majority of them would really be that KYC less on the time that you would really be making out some registration but majority of them would really be sharing up with the same terms on which they would really be stating that they would really be having the rights on asking if ever they would really be see something odd or really that violate against their rules on which it would really be just that a normal approach that would really be done by any business specially that it do really connects out with gambling business or industry.

This is why always anticipate that they could really turn out to south and this is why its better to expect on whatever things which are unexpected. If you dont really that make yourself that versatile or really that
able to accept on things which might happen ahead. Then you would really be throwing out with those baseless accusations on which it is really that something that needs to be proven out.
If you are just a small time gambler then this kind of issue or situation wont really be that something that you do need to mind on.

~snip~
You have a very good point, promotions and bonuses , no matter how juicy it is or maybe, should never be a reason why a gambler should rush into signing up and depositing money, and playing on a casino they know nothing about, this absolutely should not be so.

As gamblers, for the safety of our money at least, it is very important to do our due diligence on any casino we are interested in playing on, most especially if the casino is a new one, scammers knowing that bonuses and promotions are one of the easiest ways to lure gamblers into signing up on a casino and depositing without researching, would most of the time setup casinos for no other purpose other than to steal money from who ever becomes their victim.

This is one of the reasons why we should never neglect the place of research, and never trust a casino if they offer bonuses that are too good to be true.

And coming back to KYC, i personally believe that it will be of great help if after signing up on a new casino, we reach out to the customer care of such casino to find out what their terms on KYC is, even if we have read it in their terms of service, having the customer care repeat their terms in chat can sure give some confidence, so that if after depositing and playing, and upon withdrawal, they try to do anything stupid, we can immediately hold them by their words .
Looking for more information about the casino before we register is something we should do. This is also aimed at all gamblers who have yet to find a casino to gamble at so they can avoid the scams we have heard about from various shady casinos. It's okay if we can't find the right casino. That's because we don't want to experience bad things later, and we also want to ensure that we actually get the right casino.

And when we start to find several casinos, we have to test them before actually using the casino to gamble. We can deposit a small amount of money and play for a while, but remember, we should not be triggered by anything, including promotions that the casino might give to its new members. We must always be alert because scam casinos will give their new members attractive bonuses so they can deposit more money to gamble.

With that research, we can find the right casino, especially for us, because our choices will be different from other people's. And don't just follow what other people suggest to us without researching it first because what other people think is suitable doesn't mean it will also be suitable for us. And for KYC, it is our choice. If we have found comfort in gambling at the casino, we will want to do KYC because the casino has provided satisfactory service. But perhaps it won't be suitable for other people because they won't find the same comfort as us.

In any case , I think that it is always prudent to analyze everything with respect to the casinos, and if it is prudent to ask questions to support just in case, sometimes by reading quickly we can miss or skip certain things, the KYC in the casinos should be clear enough, to say that if they require KYC, that if they require a specific level to be able to comply with it, there are many levels of KYC, therefore when we do things like being able to enter a casino we have to be clear about everything to Everything in the casino must have the KYC, there is no other way, for that reason we as players have to accept that , whether we want it or not , absolutely everything only the casinos will ask for it, and those who don't ask for it, maybe it's rock. They need some licenses or something, and there are very demanding players who, if they don't have complete licenses, then they don't play, and that doesn't really bring any protection to the player, so for that reason we have to know what we're getting into. to play.

I have already said it several times, what could actually be done is that since we have an idea of the best casinos on the forum, and of course worldwide, and those that have the best, and that we have the greatest confidence in, is to make the KYC of that, and apart from that you have to adhere to their requirements, because there is no other way, it is better to have a casino that can establish things, and as a player comply with everything of the casino , the KYC , for What ? so as not to get Angry later when making or requesting a Withdrawal.

A KYC for no one is a good thing, or Represents something good, because it is Something that represents an additional Effort , it is something that for many is not worth it, for lovers of privacy and anonymity it is the worst thing that could have been Established , but Since world irreverence does not exist, now things have to be done this way, I don't know when things will change , but I find it Difficult.

Sorry for going off-topic for a moment, but I noticed that you've used the word 'really' 16 times in your post which is way too much. Just a tip, if you want your posts to be more reader-friendly and want others to like them more, you should try and use the same words less in a single post. Words that are repeated too many times make your writing look bad. I hope you don't mind.

Coming back to the topic, most platforms don't ask gamblers to complete their KYC verification at the time of registration because they know that it can make a lot of them run away without even gambling, but if they don't do that, the gamblers will make deposits and gamble on the platform and if they lose, the casino gets what it wants, and if they manage to win something significant, the casino will ask them to complete their KYC verification to withdraw the funds.
