Why on earth would someone use their alts on this thread to inflate the push-up count? I don’t know if that is hilarious or sad. I guess maybe it’s a post count thing or trying to get merited? In any event, it is mostly just a waste of their time. They should focus on doing more push-ups instead and get something out of their time.
It is confusing for me. We are talking about 1 person.. how could 1 person have 3 pushup reports unless there is some explanation of doing pushups on behalf of various different characters.. and just seems too strange to me, instead of limiting to one pushup report per each physical person.... absent some explanation that makes sense.. I prefer not to be encouraging any kind of cosplay.. but maybe I am cosplayphobic?

Due to an illness, nothing serious but I had high fever, I missed three days of push-ups since my last report, and this is causing my daily average to get farther away from the goal of at least doing 100 push-ups a day.
So I decided to change my game plan, originally I wanted to reduce the number of sets and increase the number of reps on each set, but I have decided instead to keep the same number of reps per set and do one more set, so since yesterday my goal is to perform 5 sets of 25 reps each, six days a week with one day off.

Hopefully we do not have members who are either doubly counting or engaging in fictitious pushups.
All would be fair in love and war if each of the members were to put on his/her own costume or got into to his/her own psychological avatar framework or character to do his/her pushups as long as none of the members are doubly counting such pushups.. otherwise from my own perspective it seems justifiable that each and and all of such members would need to be eliminated or banned from the pushups table absent some kind of a reasonable and acceptable explanation for how the pushups are being done and that such pushups are not being doubly counted in terms of the supposed strengths and weaknesses of each of the characters.. and if "we" might conclude that the actual members are engaging in fictional rather than real results (pushups)... but yeah, we have difficulties knowing these kinds of matters beyond self-reporting and if they self-reporting at least sounds logical and reasonable and there is some kind of need for both self-representations and also a bit of honesty in reporting these pushups.. since many of us are actually engaged in actual and real pushups and "we" do not consider our own actual pushups to be a virtual activity..
In other words, pushups are physical with real world consequences, and if the three characters that are listed here (teamsherry, Troytech and/or Timelord2067) are not double counting their pushups, then personally, I have no problem with each (and all) of them participating in self-reporting of their pushups and each and all of them being included in the pushup table results.. yet if any of these members are double counting any of their pushups or if there might be doubts in regards to if any or all of them are engaging in actual physical pushups rather than in virtual and/or imaginary pushups, then that would not be fair to the rest of us to include those numbers in the pushups table when we are actually doing physical pushups.. as far as any of the information that we have about the members included in the pushups table goes...
That's my tentative perspective on the topic of the potentiality of multiple members being the same physical person.. Another thing is that a bot and/or some kind of an AI would also not able to do physical pushups either within the sense that many of us is considering pushups as a physical real world activity, just like an AI is not able to cook a pizza to be in the pizza competition... .. so yeah, hopefully there is a certain level of physicality involved in the content of these pushup reports that involve biological beings rather than imagination... and sure, no problem if some forum members (participating in these pushups) might not be 100% human in the sense of having some metal transplants in their corpuses... Members with some artificial additions to their physical bodies can still be considered a physical being for the purposes of this here pushup challenge.
Word. You're right that the integrity of the push-up challenge hinges on the honesty and physicality of we, the participants. While there's no foolproof way to verify each person's reports, it's important for participants to be upfront and honest in their reporting, at the very least. As you mentioned, push-ups are a physical activity with real-world consequences and it wouldn't be fair to include "fake" or "virtual" push-ups in the challenge. It just defeats the whole idea of the challenge and the spreadsheet too. Anybody could just come up with assumptions figures and have it put up on the table, which wouldn't be fair to us who have had to put in sweat and muscles for the cause. But there's also a flip side, they're actually not participating in the challenge, whatever benefits that there is to doing the challenge, they're not a part of it. Personally, when I see people ahead of me on the table, like yourself @JayJuanGee, I try to think up ways to modify my routine to be able to burn up the gap between you and i on the table 😅😅. I'm still not in full capacity after recovery, but 220 push ups a day is something I can do at my state, but it doesn't even cut it anymore, impact wise. Yes it is difficult to be consistent sometimes but we must keep striving until our good is better, and we become best. Today I just tried to do 50 push ups for the challenge despite my busy and tight schedule, I believe in consistency as power to great achievement so I won't give up, I will keep striving hard until I am at the top no turning back.

Yes it is difficult to be consistent sometimes but we must keep striving until our good is better, and we become best. Today I just tried to do 50 push ups for the challenge despite my busy and tight schedule, I believe in consistency as power to great achievement so I won't give up, I will keep striving hard until I am at the top no turning back. Great words of encouragement I must say, consistency can not be bought but earned through a No Retreat No Surrender attitude which will drive you towards consistency actually easier said than done. It’s more of a mind game the way I see it making up your mind and sticking to your decision will get you closer to your goal. I encourage you to keep your head high and try to at least give yourself a daily target no matter how fewer push-ups you do in that little time, I believe if you can keep it up and gradually grow the numbers you’ll achieve said consistency. Nothing special but today i did 3 sets of 20 reps instead of 4 of 15 reps and feeling comfortable too. So I'm thinking of doing 4 sets of 20 reps from tomorrow. Consistency, self discipline etc are the key to success, they are the criteria one ought to have or meet before success will be achieved but not in everything we do in life cause there are a lot of people who has these things I mentioned above yet they are struggling to survive ( to be successful in life) and one of most common factor that always affects people not to meet up some certain things in life and even in this push-up we are doing, is procrastination. Lets say someone usually do his or her push up by 7am in the morning and then the person woke up by 6am in that morning just for the person to stand up and start preparing, he or she will be like, let me sleep and i will wake up by 8am and do it, just for the person wake up, time has already passed and this usually affects schedule. if someone try this twice or more, stopping it will be very hard.

It's best to work on quality pushups than having completed the daily 100 pushups. Trying to cheat the process adds no value to the body or this competition. And that why having some time to rest and relax the muscles is also important. I prefer giving a rest time of at least 5 minutes, and that's if I'm trying to rush the whole process else I'll have to spend upto 10 minutes as a break time in between the sets of pushups. Resting time is as important as push ups, because paraventure you fall ill due to stress, you'll have to spend extra money for treatment and quit pushups during that sick time. Really liked that words. Looked simple but inspiring/motivational too. Some days are like that, you could wake up not feeling the energy to carry out exercise in the normal routine and numbers. In such moments you don't force it, doing what our strength can carry is appreciable, because there are other days you just feel a robust energy to go an extra mile with your exercise. It's really not easy to be consistent but we just have to be resilient anyway.

Just managed to finish my push-ups for the day just before 3am… I’m not sure how good that is for your body, but I guess I’ll be ready to jump to exercise at the drop of a dime in the middle of the night. Heart attack is not your portion, I wish you more strength exercises is another remedy for sound health which your not far from as you do your push at the appropriate time. I don't understand why you use such words even if you never say it out loud don't say it or think of it. The Forum has so many members that the new ones like myself would like to learn more from especially about Bitcoin and you're one of those old members here. Do your exercise but mind what you say before it comes to reality, nobody wants to lose anyone here on the Forum again after all the push up is going to eliminate things that are holding your system not to function properly.

Increased my number to record 80 for the first time. Was doing 60 for a while. I did 4 sets of 20 reps today without any extra effort. I'll continue with 80 for a couple of weeks and then I'll attempt 100 finally.
