After my last report I was very exhausted because that day was my first time of doing 150 push ups in 3 sets, so however I decided to have a little bit rest to enable me continue my push ups challenge, this morning I did 20 push ups in 3 sets to enable me gather more stamina. Hopefully tomorrow I will continue with 100 push ups in 4 sets, my report for today.

You don't need to make it look like you're being punished, is just a challenge to see how far Bitcoin price will get and you on your own have to keep fit that's all but you making it look like you're being forced to do it. Before trying going beyond your reach on this very challenge, you have to make your body to get used to the push ups if not you only end up hurting yourself in the process. Is a step at a time and before you know it the complains you're giving us won't be necessary because you might have gotten used to it. I'll advise you still do 50 or 100 pushups per day for a month just to allow you body adjust to it, seems you just started the challenge.

Getting my push-ups in early today. Hope everyone out there is enjoying a great weekend and staying fit. I’ve got a pot of stew going and a day with ambitions of relaxing ahead of me. We’ll see how good of a job I do at fulfilling those ambitions as the day progresses.

My today's report
I adding other workouts to my pushup, and it was quite fun but I wasn't able to complete a 100 push ups for today, I made 72 push ups in 4 sets. This is very usual but I was very tired and I had to do the little I can so I don't stress my muscles too much

Some days are like that, between you mentioned that you added another workout to your push up sessions may that was the reason you couldn't reach you 100 daily push up limits, you should have gone a bit slowly with the new work out so that it won't affect your numbering because one thing with push up is that if you start coming short you will continue on that down trends for a while, because it is easier to add up that recover when it comes to push ups.. I experienced this sometimes ago when I break my target for no reason and all through that period I continued in an downwards trends for so long up until I was able to make up and start building the energy and motivation back to the normal gage where I am right now.

I will report that I am edging my way up towards getting closer to being back up to a 200 pushups per day average.. and it is not a bad feeling to be going back in that average direction.. even though it is a bit time-consuming to be doing more pushups rather than fewer during the day, and I might also be able to squeeze in some times in which I might be able to do some sets of pushups that have "slower" speeds of pushups contained therein, yet I want to be at such a pushup place that it will not be so strenuous for me to pump out 10 sets in a day, 15 sets in a day and/or 20 sets in a day when the BTC price triggers such levels (within my own already mentioned parameters of ATH, $85k-$87k, and $100k respectively).
If it takes a while for us to break over the top of those various thresholds (hopefully not through the whole rest of the calendar year, but who knows?), I might get anxious, yet I am still thinking that I am going to try to keep up my number of pushups per day and my number of pushup sets per day in order that I am going to be better prepared for those more strenuous times (with the high level of pushup sets).. at least in the near term.

~edit~ We've had it by date before, it should be that way today as well.
Maybe just having an inactive separation whenever you sort by date for the reports that are greater than a certain number of days.. 30 days might be reasonable, but it does seem like a short period.. but at the same time it is quite a long time of no submitting a report. Why did you desire the sub groups? I noticed we had 7 columns so maybe rotate the rankings daily?
The rotation gets confusing.. but it does not really bother me... but there sometimes can be some searching regarding "how is the table being sorted this time?" Another idea I had was to put the inactive pushers in a scrolling code box to cut down on the post lengths,
Personally, I like seeing it all in one table. Then does the team summary go below or above?
Below seems better. My Report: BTC100k,DirtyKeyboard,164,17137 I'm now able to do 15 pushups every minute for minutes 0 through 5 making 90, leaving 10 more for variety pushups. 90 regular, 5 diamond, and finished with 5 pushups on the knuckles. You surely seem to be focusing on quality rather than quantity... and yeah 15 pushups per minute is like 4 seconds per pushup.. and so yeah, that is really slow and surely took you a while to build up to that.. I might try that on some of my sets. No problem to try to mix it up a bit, once in a while... but I doing 90 pushups over 5 minute sounds beyond my abilities, at least my current abilities. For me, even when I do pushups really slow, it seems I still cannot do them for over 70 or 80 seconds and I am completely worn out, and if I do them really slow maybe I get something around 40 pushups.. so I did not try doing something like 15 in a minutes, that seems more like planks rather than pushups but surely it is concentrating on resistance rather than cardio.. No. I'm doing 15 pushups in around 25 seconds, then resting for 35 seconds for the next set at the end of the each minute. I'm up to 5 diamond pushups on the last set. I start the stopwatch and do sets of 15 pushups every minute untill hitting 90, and then I've been playing around with some 'novelty' pushups for the last 10. All together I’ve missed to report here for over 14 days because my phone was bad, glad I’ve been able to fix it missed you all although I didn’t miss any push-ups. Here’s a 14 days compiled report of my push-ups which has become to most consistent part of my days.

I know I have not been active in this forum for a while now, but that didn't stop me from being active in this push-up challenge when I was offline. I did a total of 6000 push-ups in 30 days with an average of 200 push-ups a day, and I was able to do 70 push-ups in a set, which is an achievement for me because it's the highest number of push-ups I have done in a set. I did different types of upper-body workouts, which helped me achieve a nice upper body. It feels good to be back. Below is my upper-body photo. My report: 100k,Mayor of Ogba,149,22226,2024-07-29.

I don't think there's any problem with @Mayor of Ogba showing off his body build up since he cut his face out, bringing up pictures like this is even welcomed because there's no body that is engaging in this challenge that would not have a broader chest, more masculine body, and more visibility of the muscles so he has shown evidence to tell that even while some people might be faking it to be involved in the pushups, there are also others who is real about this challenge and @Mayor of Ogba has just proven to be one of them.

I would not consider pictures to be off-topic, yet it is possible that some of us might conclude some photos might be misrepresentations, yet it does not seem that we have any evidence that Mayor of ogba is misrepresenting in his Photos (he had posted photos and even a video) previously, so in that sense he has already been doing it. .and surely members are going to have differences in the way they present information or prioritize information.. so I would NOT consider the photos to be unhelpful, yet sometimes before and after can be a bit more informative.. but if a guy is just posting a photo from time to time, we will end up being able to see various different photos, to the extent any of that matters to showing pushup progress. I have done some of my own photos at various points, yet my own personal choice not to share (at least so far) remains a personal choice... and no guy should feel pressured to post any picture merely because other members are posting pictures or even promoting the idea of posting pictures.. .. sure they might even have their preference that posting pictures is a good thing to do, yet surely it is not at all required that any member feel pressured to do so.. posting pictures is completely the choice the member in terms of how they want to present information they believe to be related to this thread and what kind of information they believe to be helpful in making whatever points they would like to make... we can agree or disagree with their points too.. or even proclaim that the photo does not show what the member is claiming the photo to show.. What the photo shows is another question, Btcdeybodi. We cannot necessarily know that Mayor of Ogba is doing pushups merely from the pictures that he had submitted.. and we cannot even really know for sure that it is really him, even though we can kind of take his claims with a grain of salt, just like we should be doing with the claims of any member, and surely if the member is submitting quite a bit of detail and even a variety of information, it might well tend to show that his claims are more likely to actually be true.. yet in this here thread there is not any great way to really know for sure, and I doubt that we even are expecting members to go that far in trying to prove that their claims are true, which surely if we were meeting a member in real life and seeing him doing pushups, then we are going to believe it more, but surely there also is no need for those kind of proofs, and in person proofs would likely be optional - even though I could imagine a couple of us meeting in real life and asking the other to show some real world proof of pushups (proof of the real ability to do the pushups that had been claimed). Another thing that we know can be verified these days is bitcoin.. especially if we hold our own keys and run our own node.. and surely running our own node is more difficult than holding our own keys, yet these kinds of technical things are becoming easier in various ways, while at the same time they are not losing their challenges to have proof of bitcoin ownership... In the end, several of us have already reiterated that high levels of proof of pushups is not required, and if members want to provide various kinds of extra levels of proof, including pictures and other kinds of proof, that is up to them... .. and at this time, we don't even see very many members submitting photos and higher levels of proof, so sometimes it can be interesting to see if members want to submit extra proof, just so that they want to do something that they want to do, and they have to figure out if they might end up regretting later, even though we can benefit from seeing some of their choices of presentation of their proof of pushups or other kinds of arguably pushup-related matters they want to present in this thread and discuss. My Report: 100k,DirtyKeyboard,168,17537 The way that you are doing your pushups (pushup sets) does sound within a realm of doable even for my level of pushup abilities, so it might be worth it for me to try something like that from time to time, with some type of my own personal twist to it (if necessary, but I could try to specifically follow yours, though I am not wanting to do any novelty pushups for that last set).. and so with the first 6 sets that get up you up to 90 pushups in around 6 minutes (or maybe it would be 6.5 minutes by the time you finish the last of the first 6 sets?). .and then yeah with the novelty pushups that would end up bringing you to around 7.5 minutes to finish doing all of the pushups to get you to 100 total for the day.. and maybe an additional minute or so to write it down.. to the extent that you are writing it down more than just including your results in your daily-ish post in this thread.. I would imagine that the first few sets might feel a bit like a warm up, and then you might feel fairly strong and good by the time you get to the 3rd and 4th sets and then perhaps start to feel more soreness (and muscle burning) for the 5th, 6th and 7th sets.. Like I had already mentioned, part of my current goal is still trying to keep up my daily quantity of pushup.. in a kind of maintenance that ends up serving as a kind of preparation.. but to throw in a bit of funzies, it may well be worth a try to try to mimic something related to what you are doing for my first 100-ish pushups of the day.. and then for me (depending on the rest of my daily schedule) personally I may wall want to finish off my day with another 3-4 sets of my own style of straight out pushups.. maybe given a few hours of rest after the 100-ish pushups and then so doing the remaining pushups spread out later in the day back within my own style for the later sets.. I will think about it.. yet I think for me, doing your style of pushups for my first several pushup sets for the day would be better than trying to do that level of more strictness later in the day.. since your system does seem harder than mine, yet I am not going to really know until I try them out and then see if it affects my remaining sets of the day.. It could well be that mixing my style up with your style might cause me to change some of my style.... I am all talk so far.. in the thinking about it stage.. so I just have to consider if I might try out your style tomorrow or perhaps some other day this week... .. For me, part of the motivation to do something comes from thinking a wee bit about what I am considering doing, first.. and yeah, there seems to be a bit of strictness in your particular style with watching the clock, so during the sets, there should be some abilities to just watch where the clock is (I will do a timer) and to figure out whether you are in a pushup period or in a rest period. You have given me (and the rest of the world, whoever is reading this thread) enough specifics (and direction) to create a potential challenge for me and/or for any other member (or non-member) who might want to give something like your current style a shot.

I went for a new single set high this morning but only made it to 60. I still have some work to do I guess… Maybe next time I try I’ll see if I can get a good night of sleep and stretch first. Who knows, maybe some breakfast might help too.

I totally agree with you @JayJuanGee because as long as this push ups challenge is concerned I don't really think that mayor of ogba is faking the challenge, however just like as you have said I could remember when he posted a video of were he was doing push ups exercise and today again he post a picture about how he achieved 6000 push ups in 30 days, so I think there's no doubt about it.

I know I have not been active in this forum for a while now, but that didn't stop me from being active in this push-up challenge when I was offline. I did a total of 6000 push-ups in 30 days with an average of 200 push-ups a day, and I was able to do 70 push-ups in a set, which is an achievement for me because it's the highest number of push-ups I have done in a set. I did different types of upper-body workouts, which helped me achieve a nice upper body. It feels good to be back. Below is my upper-body photo. My report: 100k,Mayor of Ogba,149,22226,2024-07-29. From what I'm seeing it seems you never back down to this challenge even if you have been away for long, how I wish such can be happening, like members who are up for this challenge can give us evidence to show that they are really doing the push up. If you keep it up I believe you can as well go for the 200 on a daily basis because you seem fit enough to hold on to the pains and your body have already adjusted to it, continue with the lower body too so that your muscles won't be a one sided show, nice body build up and is good to have you back brother.
