Felt pretty good this morning. Did 2 sets of 50 back to back and it felt great. I think it’s easier for me to do 50 push-ups in a set now than it was to do 20 when I started. Probably could’ve pushed it to 60 easy enough but I’m trying to get somewhat rested so I can make another run at increasing my personal best set in the near future.

That's the result of consistency, at the beginning 20 pushups felt like too much to do on a set now you can comfortably go down 50 pushups on a set. I have been carried on this challenge to the extent where I don't need no preparation before getting on my pushups, most times I just jump off from my bed, lay low and do as many as I can for that first set for the day before later going on another. I enjoy every bit of my pushups, it even gets a lot better when the people around gets to hail and count for me, shows how different I could be out here, hitting incredible pushups. 100k,Obim34,141,10769,2024-07-31 @DirtyKeyboard, please look into the table, @ChocolateBitcoinK has two datas on the table.

My new report for today: 100 push-ups in 5 sets 100k,CoinMin3r,62,4350,2024-07-30I took up the challenge of push-ups today, I managed to do 45 push-ups today. I divided the push-ups into 3 sets, doing 15 push-ups in each set. I completed the first day of my challenge today by doing 15 push-ups in 3 sets for a total of 45 push-ups. I see that many types of push-ups techniques are given in this thread. They are really useful, I will look them up, and try to do push-ups according to that technique. I think I can do more push-ups with it. Anyway, I will try to do more push-ups starting tomorrow.

Ahh. I see that. Now the mystery begins. Who made the mistake! I know I have not been active in this forum for a while now, but that didn't stop me from being active in this push-up challenge when I was offline. I did a total of 6000 push-ups in 30 days with an average of 200 push-ups a day, and I was able to do 70 push-ups in a set, which is an achievement for me because it's the highest number of push-ups I have done in a set. I did different types of upper-body workouts, which helped me achieve a nice upper body. It feels good to be back.
Looking good Mayor! I don't know if anyone here plays or played sports, but sometimes there is a time when you go to put on your uniform, and something just feels right. Sometimes putting on that uniform just clarifies things, makes the mission clear. I remember, so clearly, one day playing old man softball, lacing up the cleats, putting on the hat, and then... One of the most wonderful feelings, putting on a baseball glove. Pounding your fist into the leather, walking out to center field, ready to chase. Well today I was doing some chores, moving plants around and such, with my gardening gear on. I like to wear a light leather glove. I decided to weave in some pushups. And wow, getting down on the ground wearing my gloves just felt right, I was able to do 5 sets of 20 on the minute, and it just felt good. Keep calm. DCA and HODL. Push on. Wow! Nice one, that is a result of consistency and just like you said it was easier for you to do 50 push-up now than it was to do 20 when you started, the starting point is always hard and not interesting but the moment you keep on trying everything will look so interesting and easy especially if you have gotten a stamina to withstand the displacement and stresses. With time this your 50 push-up will look like you were playing then because the more number you attained the more stamina you build in your body. I believe in consistency. Congratulations @OgNasty

Today is my second day. I did a total of 4 sets of push-ups today. Today I did 60 push-ups with 15 in each set. I really enjoy doing so many push-ups. Because normally I couldn't do more than 25 push-ups before, but by using the various push-up techniques in this thread I was able to do a total of 60 push-ups in one day. I am really happy with it, it is also very beneficial for my body. I really like this challenge, keep doing the push-ups challenge until the bitcoin price is 100k. I will definitely continue this until Bitcoin is 100k.

Between this thread and the actual doing of push-ups, it’s funny how the introduction to this challenge suddenly made doing push-ups such a big part of my life. I’ve got a decent routine now of riding on a stationary bike daily and doing some stairs, but I think I want to start working to “bulletproof” my knees. Adding some knee dips to the daily routine and am going to start making it a point to sit on my heels and do some stretches while I’m already on the ground doing push-ups. Below is my upper-body photo.
I had to do it. Edit: No “Grandma’s Boy” fans in here? I’m incredibly disappointed.

It's nice knowing that you can actually go 50 pushups twice really easy, it explains you have been hardworking and consistent, however I'm still at the range of 40 for the first set while the range of 30+ at second set. I crave having to make 50 or even 100 pushups in just one set, I know consistency is the only solution, and I'll try my best to keep up with the pushups. When you put your mind to doing anything you will find a thousand ways to do it easily than you could ever thought. And exercise is one thing that goes along with consistency, the more you continue the more your pushups number increases as you keep building and improving in strength with each exercised day. Congratulations @OgNasty You're absolutely right mate, actually I could remember my first time of doing push ups OMG is like a hell I couldn't even do up to 10 push ups in a set reason is because I was not doing it properly that is why I easily get tired then, not until a friend of my thought me on how I'm going to position my hands. so from there I starting improving right now as I speak I was able to make 20 push ups in a set, I believe as time goes on I can be able to do up to 30 in a set. However I started this push ups challenge not quite Long, I have read so many threads about this push ups challenge so I personally made up my mind to also join the challenge reason is because I know is going to help me in some expect, actually I must say this push ups challenge is amazing

Following on from my last post, I did just one set of fifteen then the next morning and another set. Mid morning I did three sets of fifteen making seventy-five push-ups since my previous report.

I then went out and got my annual flu shot in the arm.
Needless to say, my arm has objected to any kind of strenuous exercise and that night I must have slept on that side resulting in me waking up with a numb arm in the area surrounding the flu shot location.
I'll leave doing any sets for today and will see how I go tonight. On the plus side I was managing sets of fifteen pushups which (in theory lift me from sixty per day to seventy-five - but I might need to stop at that level for a few days now).

Your body shows that indeed you have been doing push-up despite your absence in this place perhaps you shouldn't have posted your picture here because I don't think is necessary I mean you don't own anyone any explanation or you don't have to proof to us that you were actually doing the push-up. You interpreted the picture I posted here wrongly; I didn't post the picture to prove or show anyone that I was actually doing push-ups when I was offline. This is not the first time I have posted my picture in this push-up thread; just like JayJuanGee said, I just keep doing that to show my progress and achievement in this push-up challenge.

Felt pretty good this morning. Did 2 sets of 50 back to back and it felt great. I think it’s easier for me to do 50 push-ups in a set now than it was to do 20 when I started. Probably could’ve pushed it to 60 easy enough but I’m trying to get somewhat rested so I can make another run at increasing my personal best set in the near future.
It's nice knowing that you can actually go 50 pushups twice really easy, it explains you have been hardworking and consistent, however I'm still at the range of 40 for the first set while the range of 30+ at second set. I crave having to make 50 or even 100 pushups in just one set, I know consistency is the only solution, and I'll try my best to keep up with the pushups. My today's report 100k,Makus,14,1394,2024-07-30 In looking back at my own records, I see that for around my first 50 days of doing pushups I was largely stuck in the 30s and 40s per set and I slowly worked my way up to doing 50s per set pretty consistently (but not really until after the first 50 days), yet at the same time, I was also trying to maintain 5 pushup set per day, especially after my first 22 days of doing less than 5 sets per day. Between about day 23 and day 122, I mostly did 5 pushup sets per day, but then between day 123 and day 152 I mostly dipped back down to doing 3 pushup set per day, yet after day 153 and until now I mostly built my way back up to 5 pushup sets or more per day, since I am also trying to work myself into being able to do 15 sets per day and 20 sets per day for when the BTC price reaches $85-$87k and $100k respectively. I cannot imagine being able to accomplish 15 or 20 sets of pushups in a day (especially, if I want to try to get 40-60 pushups per set) without trying to build and maintain myself with quite a few pushups every day on a regular basis even doing more than 200 pushups per day and maybe even quite a few times of 250 or more pushups per day... yet I feel that there is no way I could have easily gotten up to these levels of pushups without both doing a lot of pushups and going through a lot of pain along the way.. ..some of the pain is muscle and joint pain and other parts of the pain is just getting worn out in terms of energy levels, yet most of the pain does not feel like injuries, but instead like a process of trying to build up stamina and quantity of pushups, and surely part of my own personal pain is likely somewhat based on my age and my own personal health conditions... and some health conditions are particular, yet may also be partly is based on age, too. You're absolutely right mate, actually I could remember my first time of doing push ups OMG is like a hell I couldn't even do up to 10 push ups in a set reason is because I was not doing it properly that is why I easily get tired then, not until a friend of my thought me on how I'm going to position my hands. so from there I starting improving right now as I speak I was able to make 20 push ups in a set, I believe as time goes on I can be able to do up to 30 in a set. However I started this push ups challenge not quite Long, I have read so many threads about this push ups challenge so I personally made up my mind to also join the challenge reason is because I know is going to help me in some expect, actually I must say this push ups challenge is amazing
If you want your username to be in the table, then submit a pushup report. Following on from my last post, I did just one set of fifteen then the next morning and another set. Mid morning I did three sets of fifteen making seventy-five push-ups since my previous report. 100k,Timelord2067,43,2005,2024-07-30 I then went out and got my annual flu shot in the arm.
Needless to say, my arm has objected to any kind of strenuous exercise and that night I must have slept on that side resulting in me waking up with a numb arm in the area surrounding the flu shot location.
I'll leave doing any sets for today and will see how I go tonight. On the plus side I was managing sets of fifteen pushups which (in theory lift me from sixty per day to seventy-five - but I might need to stop at that level for a few days now).

Surely several of us have had our plateau periods, and even maybe there are some times in which we might have to cut back a little bit in the quantities of pushups per set. It sounds like you have been working through your sets pretty well, and sometimes it could be difficult to make any recommendation if you have seemed to have found a kind of regularity and balance that is working for you. Personally, I have found that that there have been several days in which I am pushing myself to do more pushups and more pushups per set that I make sure to set a timer between sets so that I don't wait too long between sets, so sometimes I end up being able to get more pushup sets in a day based on my having had made sure that I push myself to make sure that I don't wait too long between sets, so that earlier I would frequently have 2-4 hours between sets, but then if I push myself to do pushups 1 hour to 1.5 hours between sets, then I get through my 5 daily sets much quicker and sometimes I am able to then add a couple more sets in order to build myself more in terms of being able to get in more pushups in a day..and there does not seem to b4e much if any sacrifice (since I had worked up to those levels). For you, it might be too soon to try to add any pushup sets or any pushups to your sets or even to reduce your time between sets, even though you seem to be monitoring those kinds of pushup dynamics. I have two reasons for my comment in regard to two ways that the ChocolateBitcoinK input is "wrong" as DJ Trump would say in a [insert meme here], and since you seem to enjoy the concept of puzzles, I will leave you or any other member who might take time to potentially read this with what believe to be a puzzle of two "issues" related to ChocolateBitcoinK.. not that it makes a whole hell of a lot of difference in the whole scheme of things and potentially larger problems in the world (another way of saying 1st world problems), and surely you are doing a great job with this whole thread, even if your time to time "nudges" might happen to come off as a wee bit moar less than perfect.... to the extent that perfection is even sought around here...

Today is my second day. I did a total of 4 sets of push-ups today. Today I did 60 push-ups with 15 in each set. I really enjoy doing so many push-ups. Because normally I couldn't do more than 25 push-ups before, but by using the various push-up techniques in this thread I was able to do a total of 60 push-ups in one day. I am really happy with it, it is also very beneficial for my body. I really like this challenge, keep doing the push-ups challenge until the bitcoin price is 100k. I will definitely continue this until Bitcoin is 100k.

You did 45 push ups on day 1 and 60 push ups in 4 sets on day 2, which is pretty good. 2nd day increased to 15 push ups. Push ups are really good for health. I too could not do many push ups in the beginning but now I was able to do up to 200+ push ups a day. You also keep increasing gradually, hopefully you can also do many push ups a day. I am very sorry, maybe because of my wrong report on the first day I have wrong report in this push-ups table, but in yesterday's push-ups table I had two data given, one wrong data (which I gave first) and the other correct one (which I Fixed it later that day.) Today is my third day, yesterday I did 15 push-ups in 4 sets for a total of 60 push-ups. But today I wanted to give 1 more set of push-ups after doing 15 push-ups in 4 sets and giving a total of 60 push-ups but it was not possible for me. Anyway, I did 7 push-ups in set number 5, and couldn't do any more push-ups. And my total number of push-ups today is 67. I learned different techniques of doing push-ups from this thread, from which doing push-ups became really easy. I couldn't even do 20 push-ups before taking this challenge, but now I do 67 push-ups in 1 day. This thread of doing push-ups has really made my body better than before. I will try to increase the number of push-ups every day. By doing this, one day I will definitely be able to do 100 push-ups in a day like to you all.
