Since the US presidential election, the price of Bitcoin has been steadily increasing in the Bitcoin market. The Bitcoin market seemed to be stable in the past few days as the price of Bitcoin was hovering between $90k and $94k. The Bitcoin market has suddenly become bullish again today, even pumping 4.47 percent in the last 24 hours to touch $98,384 already. At the moment, the price of Bitcoin Approaching to the record price of $100k dollars. All investors party time is coming.

So far, I have not been doing a lot of pushup sets in a short period of time, even though I am more equipped to do a lot more pushups sets, including higher quantities of pushups in a shorter period of time.  I recall that in my first 3-4 months, I was sore as fuck and had to spread the pushups out through the day as much as possible, and surely that soreness did probably last even longer than that since I was frequently pushing myself to get more and more pushups and even to start to evolve into testing myself to make several of my pushup sets within shorter periods of time, such as 5 sets within a few hours.

Time is also important in exercising, it ensures you subject the muscles and body to the right amount of stress and what they should have to endure to be in your best fit.

It’s the endurance rounds people, your Bitcoin gym instructor is pushing and stressing for that last round to lock them muscles in place. $100k is just $2.1k away now, what a mile Bitcoin have come and am sure a lot of us didn’t expect it to end in this yeah but, it isn’t far fetched no more.

I woke up a little bit late this morning so, I didn’t do much but, enough for warm up
I just did some jumping jacks, 30 reps, 50 wide arm push ups and 15 diamond push ups. That was about it but,
Would be making that up later the this evening.

Bitcoin can’t close it on me just yet, the price today was surprising!

Doing push ups before breakfast is quite a good thing, friend, because as far as I know, doing push ups before breakfast can burn fat more optimally than doing push ups after breakfast. Apart from that, what I feel is that doing push ups before breakfast just feels lighter. So sometimes push up repetitions can increase quite significantly when doing push ups at that time. But what I felt when I did push ups before breakfast, my energy felt a little less. But this is normal, do you also feel the same way?


Today I am also more enthusiastic about doing push ups because Bitcoin has almost reached the price of 99K, so I am also more enthusiastic about doing push ups. And this is my push up report today.

@DirtyKeyboard Make me from bench mate to mats mate. I haven't been able to submit my push up record here for almost a long month. I mentioned in my previous post that I had a problem with my hand due to a bicycle accident which caused me to rest for a long month. I am now fairly healthy and ready to push up. Although I am not fully healthy then I try to give pushups and submit my push up record here. I may have been lagging behind for the past month but I am starting again with a new form today.

Today the price of bitcoin rose to $98k dollars, the bitcoin price increase makes me want to push up even though I'm sick. Although I didn't complete the push ups with full strength compared to other days I still did a small number of push ups. My total push ups today are 20 and that's in five sets.

I am very happy to see that the price of Bitcoin has increased so much today, but it is very sad that I do not have any fractions of Bitcoin at the moment. Although I had some fractions of Bitcoin, I sold them for $90k, due to which I do not have any fractions of Bitcoin in my wallet at the moment. However, today we have seen that the Bitcoin market has entered the highest ATH which is close to our $100k road, it will enter this place very soon. Compared to the last few days, Bitcoin has increased like a bull run today, today the price of Bitcoin entered the highest $98310. The current position of Bitcoin is very good, according to which we will be able to enter our $100k milestone very soon.

Well I am not the best one to ask about energy levels. I am diabetic so even though my sugar numbers are good if they get too low I get tired. If I eat too much carb I can spike I get tired.

I also am a lifelong asthmatic and am currently taking allergy needles 💉 which can affect my energy levels.

That said the pushups really help along with other exercises.

It has helped my A1C levels bigly.
It has done wonders for all my cholesterol numbers. And considering the amount of meat I eat along with eggs and dairy my cholesterol is next to perfect.

I was watching this topic and was considering joining but it was a bit too much of a commitment, and I really don't like failing challenges. I guess joining now would be pretty lame.
I might just do one, symbolic honorary set when we cross the $100k magic barrier.

Looking at my report today it almost seems like destiny that we will break $100K tomorrow as I reach 30,000 push-ups. 

As we get near to this challenge being over, I don't think I'm going to be able to stop.  If nothing else, I want to say that I did 100 push-ups every day for a year.  It is so close now...  As much as I want and probably need a couple days to just let my body rest, it doesn't seem like it is going to happen.  We'll see how I feel tomorrow I guess.  Keep on pushin'.
