‎Am a newbie,  and am lucky to come across this push up thread today.  I've always loved pushup exercises which has been my daily routine and am so excited to see such threads which will motivate me to always keep to my push up. Hope am welcome here, I was able to do 10 pushups in 3 sets.

The weekend is here and with the fun that the weekend carries it almost make me skip my push-ups exercise today but with my punctuality in this push-ups thread i created out the chance to do my daily routine without be in a hurry and I'm glad to see that i was able to do my daily routine today no matter the funs and the tight schedule that i had, i was able to do 20 push-ups in 6 sets, i will always keep pushing to keep Bitcoin price above $100k.

With the amount of pressure Bitcoin price is pushing to get to a new ATH I think is more reason for us to never back down in this challenge, each time I see Bitcoin price rising it gives me the joy to always go harder when I'm doing my daily challenge, let's keep pushing and before we know it something surprising might happen before the closing part of the first half of the year, June was a bit promising and I have that believe that next month we'll be talking about the new ATH... Happy weekend guys and let's keep pushing.

And never forget to always drink enough water in this period where the weather is not that friendly, as you're pushing yourself to that limit don't let the body down at all cost... during your exercise period or not make sure you have like 2 litre of water, it will help a lot and you won't even feel the heat that much.

Today I decided to stop being lazy and do 75 push-ups. The last update was four days ago. We shouldn't have left so many breaks. I apologize to myself. We need to be more determined to do them more often. Come on guys, keep doing push-ups!

As you have personally experienced, doing pushups every single day is not easy.. . and surely several of us might get on a streak in which we are able to carry out our pushups for a week, two weeks, a month or even several months, yet within such process and practices, there are going to be some really trying and challenging times to fit in the pushups, even if they are not really very difficult to do once we actually do them... yet at the same time, there can be a lot of mental anguish in merely psyching ourselves up enough to setp over to our pushup location an just do them.. whether it is 10 pushups, or 25 pushups or 50 pushups or some other quantity of pushups for that particular set.

Of course, there can be an incentive to do pushups that relate to our knowing that pushups are good for our health.. .. so that would be positive reinforcement.. yet like I mentioned.. I have purposefully created some punishment for myself that attempts to incentivize me to do the pushups each day and not to skip any days.. and even with the built-in punishment, it still can be difficult to stay motivated to do them every single day.

By the way, there have been sometimes that I have also established some very specific pushup goals for each day that might relate to that specific day or even might relate to some averages or some quantity of pushups, so having those various goals can sometimes be enough to motivate, including potentially having a goal to do the first set of pushups within a certain amount of time of waking up, and then maybe setting my alarm so that I do the next set of pushups within no later than a certain time related to what I set on the clock, and surely there can be specific structures that any of us self-impose to cause us to prioritize the pushups. 

On days that i have established 3 pushup sets per day no matter what.. I have sometimes had a friend of mine tell me that I am doing more than three push sets per day because it seems that I am doing pushups all of the time.. .but it is not true.. and it just seems like I am doing pushups all of the time, and sometimes it specifically feels like I am doing pushups all of the time, but I have established such a specific monitoring and record keeping that I know how many times I am doing pushups each day and the exact time, even though people observing me doing the pushups don't know and they even get the facts wrong based on their memory faulting them.

It could be that you prefer to have your pushup name different from your user name, but just note that your user name has a capital "P" and your report has a small "p"... so you might want to change that part to match your username... and then be consistent in how you submit your pushup reports.

Sure saying that push-ups exercise doesn't heal sickness but i want to put it to you that a constant push-ups will prevent you from all those minor sickness that meant comes when you are not exercising your body regularly as you are supposed to.

We just started the week and i hope all our plans this week is what will come to pass because it is always advisable to plan ahead of your expectations in order to archive a greater hight and this new week started with a greater change in my number of push-ups per day, i as was able to 22 push-ups in 6 sets today.

Sometimes I feel very lazy, especially with this heat. But I don't skip my training. Discipline is an important condition of all sports.
Added 200 more today. Passed 12k total.

And never forget to always drink enough water in this period where the weather is not that friendly, as you're pushing yourself to that limit don't let the body down at all cost... during your exercise period or not make sure you have like 2 litre of water, it will help a lot and you won't even feel the heat that much.
Since water is a liquid that detoxifies our vital organs and helps our body to function properly, we should prioritize drinking 2 liters of water every day in cold weather, but if we are working in hot weather very often, we can take up to 3 liters of water every day to help us stay healthy. Immediately I wake up from sleep in the morning, the first thing I always do is to drink enough water to hydrate my body and be ready to start my day.

be careful of water poisoning.

in the summer if you sweat a ton of sweat and drink pure clean water you are not replacing the salts that you are sweating out of your body.

you can actually od on clean pure water if you have sweat a lot and only had water to replace the sweat.



so I did 102 stairs up and 102 stairs down.

I did 22 minutes on the bike 🚲

I did 7 minutes of resistance bands.


Tomorrow I will do 150 pushups.

I may do more on the bike today.

I like the altering of the pushups a lot seems much better on the toe. (i am thinking the toe will always ache a bit on and off)

I totally agree with you because discipline plays an important role in everyone life once it comes to what you love doing best, especially when you are in a tight schedule that can make you skip your daily routine and i know everyone has his own of being lazy anything, that is why it is always good to plans about our daily activities in order not skip anything that you could have done and if impossible a personal time table is advisable to guide us on how to go about our daily routine.

Sometimes I feel very lazy, especially with this heat. But I don't skip my training. Discipline is an important condition of all sports.

I totally agree with you because discipline plays an important role in everyone life once it comes to what you love doing best, especially when you are in a tight schedule that can make you skip your daily routine and i know everyone has his own of being lazy anything, that is why it is always good to plans about our daily activities in order not skip anything that you could have done and if impossible a personal time table is advisable to guide us on how to go about our daily routine.
This occur, particularly in the case that the weather is dissipating. Still, it is awesome that you still manage to struggle through and remain stable with training. This is what actually helps to develop results eventually. The discipline is not only applicable during the times of doing things easily, it manifests its worth during times when things seem to be out of place. The presence of a plan or a mere daily routine assists significantly to maintain things in order despite its lack of motivation.
