I came by to say thank you to Whale.io for the prize of a raffle, which I've received a few days ago.
Although the requirement was 1.5x wager I got caught and I've wagered about 8.5x  so I can clearly tell it's a pleasant website/a pleasant experience.
Yeah, I've only withdrew 20$, I've lost the rest, but it was fun!


There's only two small issues I've encountered:
* in some cases, on mobile, not everything was visible - the browser's navigation bar was over some of the bottom elements
* at some point the website became very slow; I've done a refresh and then for a while (2-5 minutes) it was inaccessible to me (the web page was empty, not a 404 error though)

But I consider them really small issues, the gameplay was more than OK.

I tried to make a withdrawal using the Erc20 network and it worked! But after a successful withdrawal suddenly the page returned to showing the TRC20 address that I previously used but you can see in the network selection that I chose erc20. I think you can try manually sir. Like re-selecting the currency, re-selecting the withdrawal network and refilling the withdrawal amount one by one manually. Anyway I also got the error code 406 when I had a bad network. Hopefully the whale team can fix this minor error to improve their website performance.

I can confirm the points you mentioned. However, I also noticed the following at the same time: The website glitches (disappearing page content, ...) only occurred for me in a Chrome-based browser (Google Chrome, Edge, Brave, ...). I have not yet been able to observe such phenomena in Firefox, and the buttons all work here without any problems; in Chrome I have occasionally had the problem that they were not clickable.

It is usually not a big problem, as a page refresh solves the problem again.

But you also have to make sure that you don't disable Javascript in the browser's security settings, otherwise a lot of page content won't work!

Sometimes you just have to try long enough to make it work. Had the same at other sites where I for example waited forever for a withdrawal to be sent, then I cancel it and request it again and the funds are sent within minutes.
We never know how and why things happen with cashier issues but most of the time a little patience and trying again is the solution.

I will add my support for your claim.
I read here about the problems Bitmover had with the withdrawal process, so I decided to test it myself. At first, I couldn't choose the currency that I wanted to withdraw, that function simply did not work. Refreshing the page itself did not help, but the browser restart (Chrome) did.
I must say that I usually have at least 10-15 tabs open, so there may be a lack of memory for that, although some other pages worked without problems.

And yes, after the withdrawal request, I recognized the pending income transaction in my wallet almost immediately. I don't remember seeing such a fast withdrawal at any casino.

I agree, my Withdrawal was very fast too.

I had problems at first , but once it worked my withdrawal was completed in very few seconds.

But I think they should improve their error messages, because just a 406 error means nothing to me..

I think the problems described here simply stem from the fact that whale.io started out as a Telegram casino and only later went live with a browser application. The success in terms of newly acquired users - and the problems that naturally arose as a result - probably surprised them a little themselves, which of course led to the one or other teething problem that we also see described here.

From what I have seen so far and read here in the forum, however, none of these are major problems that can be dealt with relatively quickly, even if it is of course unpleasant for end users if the site takes longer to load.
