Some thoughts:

I believe that I have less lucky with the autoplay feature on.
When I put the autoplay, i won very little money and wasted many bets. Clicking each bet I got better results, and better luck.

I haven't been a fan of auto play before the reason os that I do far better when I manually place each bet and even auto spin is not my thing also, apart from the unlucky experience with auto bets another bad aspect of it is that loses can hardly be controlled on the auto bet and that is somewhat a big deal for us to handle.


It's been a long I adopted a manual betting system since it gives me better options and allows me to manage myself all through my gambling session.

I still think he was very much lucky to win that amount of money from the free spins he got, on the Norm, it is harder to make anything tangible from free spins and this is regardless of the number you have it.

I've had similar issues logging in via VPN, and it could be the proxy that's causing the delay, but the error code seems weird as the codes are meant to be usable for a while. Can you try logging in directly and see if the issue persists?

I guess it happens when you use the your VPN then set it to one of restricted region of their casino. Also I think you can solve that issue if you uninstall that VPN then restart your device since I think you can restart your session by doing those things.

But it seems that your issue has been solve now and I think this is a reminder that its better for people not to use VPN so that they won't encounter any issue. Also I think you can solve that issue if you uninstall that VPN then restart your device since I think you can restart your session by doing those things.

If it's just to reset the cookie on his browser I don't think a restart is necessary (unless you're referring to the router/modem). He can open an incognito tab to try to access the website without cookies to see if the issue persists. Anyway, if we're talking about expired codes another reason is probably a timezone difference.
