I checked the amount of complaints on CasinoGuru. Will Betpanda give some attention to these complaints?

So far there’s no issue being experienced or brought up by forum member here.

I checked the casino.guru forum and I don’t see much complaint aside from 2 weeks ago and 2 months ago. The recent issue is about the missing bets while the evidence shown a screenshot that sportsbook is on maintenance.

Cash back requirements is just the VIP level and the losses on the game itself. I’m not sure how the full details of cashback works when it comes to the type of game.

I knew Ahoyabrause is a sports bettor. Maybe this game is not covered by cashback that’s why he is not eligible.

You can share perhaps, your gameplay activity, net losses (deposit & withdraw) + howmuch you earned the XP during the weekly. These could be answering the mystery why not qualified, and perhaps Betpanda can evaluated or taken feedback.

I think you are missing something on the forum. I have replied before here about an allegation. Still, we have a couple of allegations against them on the scam accusation board. To be honest, Betpanda seems not active enough to solve the allegations. I am not saying the allegations are all true. But they should at least reply there and explain the situation.

I know they sometimes ignore if the allegations are likely false or if the user did something suspicious. But keeping silence won't be good for them anyway. Google Search also shows the scam accusations thread. So unsolved allegations would lead to losing some potential users.

I agree since somehow it help people to build their confidence if they can answer those allegations posted against them especially the current issues in scam accusation board.

They enforce strict rules and have a strong refund policy in place. The two most recent complaints on the first page of the SA board both involve Betpanda’s sportsbook provider. In both cases, the provider made a final decision, leaving no room for further dispute. Betpanda responded directly and clearly, explaining why the accounts were blocked, closed, or had funds confiscated. Refunds were denied in accordance with their terms, which state that once deposited, funds are non-refundable.

You cant see this strict refund policy on other casino because some just abuse those policy.

As for the thread on the second page, it seems the complaint couldn’t proceed because the user refused to complete the KYC process after being asked.

I don't know what the reason is to ignore one case and solve another - when both need to be solved professionally. The team must solve all cases to prevent any suspicions in the future - even if it is a small case, solving it professionally can improve the reputation for the better. I know your advice is wise enough in handling all cases - so I agree with you.

Responsiveness in resolving various customer issues is a form of good service from a casino to all its customers. The team must have a big part in it to answer various complaints - of course this is important because some small things done will have a good impact on targeting other potential customers.

Answering with some reason, should be enough. Some of the case has been opened has been answered via ticket, and mostly "sportbets" case. All of these sportbets case is always tricky, cause mostly getting flagged by the provider.

The 2nd one is high likely the reason why he did not get any cashback although he was in a lost during the week. Looking at his other posts here, he seems to be sports bettor who rarely play casino games. The 3rd one, I believe he has collected more than 12,500XP since he said that he is already in level Panda Cub III but what makes me confused here is about the rule that sports betting gave no XP at all which means that he levelled up to Panda Cub III (25,000XP) by playing casino games. The question for him is about his last week betting activity during the cashback period, is he lost the money on sports betting only or he lost the money on casino games too?

If I recall correctly, they haven't responded to all the accusations as per my last visit. I am not sure if they recently replied and explained there. We shouldn't have any issues with strong terms and conditions anyway, since they have been read by users during registration.

It’s sad that you experienced this on this casino. Betpanda is constantly improving their casino so I think your feedback regarding the bonus should be considered too on the next update.

I have been talking for years about how the support is very poor at most crypto casinos... and it can be so bad that a player gives up on the casino even because of some stupid thing or some very small amount of money. And it's a shame to lose players (big and small) because of the support that lacks even basic manners, not to mention knowledge.

I have left a couple of casinos because of support, so I understand... there is no smarter move in cases like this. And if the casino management is smart, they will understand something from these comments.

I may be wrong but I think there is a column in most casinos rules that states that the casino team have the right to give a player whatever amount they wish when it comes to cashbacks, I believe I can search that out as it has been a while since I saw that rules but also I don't know if such rule exists on betpanda which could be the possible reason for your none receiving of the cashbacks. None the less let wait to see what the team responds on this will be before we make any further assumptions and contributions, the casino is in the  best position to tel why and keeping silent on cases like this is a bad sign.
