Yes I did all that in the past. I have used the platform before, participated in competition so its not a case of new registration. You know that the email verification is usually issues with new accounts.

I reached out to the live support and within some minutes I was asked to try the reset email again and behold it came very fast and I was able to reset my password. I don't know if I'm wrong but the speed with which they resolved that suggest it was a deliberate practice by the casino, maybe for added security or whatever, I may be wrong though.
