It's been discussed here and someone shared a screenshot between the CS and a user convo that the x5 wagering requirements is not true anymore, it's outdated in the terms and needed to be updated, where in fact it's only x1, or x1 bet. People shared the same experience too that it only takes x1 for them to withdraw.

Agreed as most competitor's like stake and the rest of the big casinos have a far lesser wagering requirements, if a casino places at least a 1x wager requirements on deposits is understandable but saying that gamblers have to wager their deposits 5x os somewhat a suicide mission for them as they will end up over gambling just to meet their requirements.

One of the dilemmas of other user's previously to other casino has having a huge amount or at least a requirement for withdrawal well some users prefer to make a small deposit first because they want to test it out the casino itself, and regards with the Betpanda seems other still confused and having a trouble with the 5x wagering requirement but at the first place if you just came to play with the casino you will just overcome the requirement without hassle.

Seems they need to update that to avoid confusions at the same time.

In my personal opinion, the issue needs further clarification. I'm not accusing BetPanda of scamming their own users, but such actions should be explained to the user.

Perhaps it probably depends in the casino game being played? Some games need merely 1x wagering requirement, but other games need 5x wagering requirements?

As I see it, they haven't implemented this as a set in stone rule, but it should be the same for everyone for obvious reasons. Again to clarify, I encountered this situation only once, reached out to support and they solved the issue. I shared this story with you guys here because if you run into that problem, I am sure reaching out to support should get the deal done in your best interest.

But we probably should also be aware of the fact that many of those who work in customer support for casinos sometimes don't have enough experience, OR they might not be casino players themselves. They make mistakes, and their mistakes reflect on the casino although it should be in my personal opnion.

Whether it depends on a particular category of games, I don't think so. I am not wagering on Betpanda originals, but I play slots and sports betting and I am ok with both in regards to withdrawals. 1x wagering and withdrawals work. Betpanda.io isn't scamming, as memehunter mentioned they should make clear for everyone that the 1x wagering requirement and counts and then update their T&C accordingly.

Are you really encountering withdrawal issues? I mean, the delay of the withdrawal? If it happens occasionally, then there might be blockchain issues as well. They made a bulk withdrawal, I believe, so based on your withdrawal request, sometimes it would take longer than usual. I don't believe occasionally delaying the withdrawal means they have financial issues. So far the casino is always the winner; they can't run their business at a loss.

If you feel bad, then you may leave Betpanda and choose a new platform always. But occasionally withdrawal issues won't be enough to leave at all. Regarding wagering issues, there seems to be a lot of discussion here that the Betpanda team should clear the issue.

They always give good amount of bonuses if you accept any bonus there then you have to fulfill a big wagering requirement this is there in all casino sites. So if they ask you to wager 5X for any bonus then in that case you can't blame them because you are accepting the bonus yourself. Before making any complaint about any site read the tos carefully and compare it with other reportable sites then you will understand a difference yourself and your pure knowledge about that site will come to your brain.
