You will rarely find anyone here to say that Betpanda has applied the 5× rollover requirement on the deposited funds. Your issue was a rare one. Do you remember which games you had played? I personally have probably never encountered this issue. I've withdrawn several times and everything went smoothly. However, your experience will be invaluable to us if we encounter similar issues. At least Betpanda has very responsive customer support, and that should give us peace of mind, right?

As I see it, they haven't implemented this as a set in stone rule, but it should be the same for everyone for obvious reasons. Again to clarify, I encountered this situation only once, reached out to support and they solved the issue. I shared this story with you guys here because if you run into that problem, I am sure reaching out to support should get the deal done in your best interest.

Whether it depends on a particular category of games, I don't think so. Agreed, 5x wagering requirement would essentially get your money stuck like it is usually for bonuses. That would neither be a good policy for Betpanda nor for its users. However, I can imagine that some casinos work with a 5x wagering requirement for games like dice or Hi/Lo because they want to avoid deposits being "wash-played" and then withdrawn?
