Hi actually just got mine, you received a message/notification that says they gave you $20 free bet which you can get in rewards section right? Well, I checked it and there's nothing in there. My assumption is this might be their previous promotion and since we haven't open it for a while it just shows up just now which I think maybe a bug which I think other players might think that they were given a fake bonus which might be disappointing to some. Anyway, I think the best they can do is probably show that the promotion has expired and we wasn't able to claim it on time.

I can't remember to be honest. I got the last one last year when Betpanda was still new, so I really can't remember how it happened. I checked again and saw nothing. Good to see betpanda.io running contests again in the games and rounds board. Honestly I thought they had already left this community after the issues they faced (threads on scam accusation board) and the negative rating they had from DT.

Interesting, it seems there are two different sources here. The information I found was from the FAQ section of Betpanda, which clearly states the minimum deposit is €10.
It seems both sources are correct but refer to different things. The terms and conditions cover crypto minimums while the FAQ refers to the general deposit amount.

I don't think both are correct. One of them should be wrong.

I've deposited $5 several times at Betpanda and there's never been a problem... sometimes with different terms and conditions, for example, if you have a problem where the $5 deposit is not credited then just ask for help in the support chat and they will help credit it.

I don't think so as I've deposited less than $10 a few times and everything seems normal so I guess the minimum isn't just limited there.  I never had any problems even when I deposited $5.

Its undeniable that there were a few moments where it took a bit longer but it wasn't even more than 10 minutes for the funds I deposited to enter my betpanda wallet.  This is why I'm still on this site because it's undeniable that the minimum threshold for gamblers who only make small deposits is always a consideration.
