This is always the weakness of Betpanda. They have some contradictory statements like before about the wagering requirements showing x5(iirc) while the claims it’s only x1 and the recent confusion about the list of official mirror link.

I’m suggesting before to contact support to verify everything but on this case there’s sometime an inconsistent information.

But overall I have no problem here I just don’t have any experience about the minimum deposit to help you give a firm answer about min deposit.

It's understandable to have a higher minimum to deposit. If you sent 0.1 uBTC you are sending $0,07 and just in bitcoin fees they are going to pay at least 5x or 10x that. The casino will lose money every time

That happened because the FAQ and Terms & Conditions showed different minimum deposit amounts. The FAQ said €10, but the T&C showed a much smaller amount. So it was safer to cancel the deposit rather than risk making a mistake from that confusing information.

Yes me too, I don't think someone will deposit $1 or something but I think if they do, it is for them to test out the platform, possibly how long would it took before they can receive the deposit, since I've experienced before a gambling site where they instantly load the balance after receiving the transaction and you can freely use it but can't withdraw it unless the transaction has at least 1-2 confirmations. It is indeed confusing about the minimum deposit, I think if it is indeed the minimum deposit is €10 and you deposit lower than that, you can resend another amount which will complete that €10 minimum deposit and it will be reflected in your wallet as whole.

Checked out the deposit limit on Betpanda and whatvi saw is OK and not too kuvh an amount for gamblers to deposits because for some reasons $10 deposits can still be considered to be a low amount for someone that actually want to try out a new casino, most of the time I make deposits of above a $20 this when I won't even boarder to read the deposits term's since I know that amount should be OK to fit into any set deposits limits.

I have submitted your pending rewards for the payment along with others. I understand that it is little difficult to go through all contests and your bonus history  . There is a problem with Betpanda bonus system (which is the root cause of this problem) that you cant have two bonuses at once (the other one will disappear immediately after claiming one). Since Betpanda credit contest rewards in terms of bonuses so when someone win more than one contest it becomes a real problem, specially when there are pending rewards from previous weeks.
You should get your rewards soon along with last week's contests winners.

I get it, but don't you think the prize is sufficient to make your bet positive EV? I mean, this is still a great offer for a player who is going to bet anyway. Just a little more risk and you are eligible for this. The only downside is that while redeeming free bets, you don't get the original stake so it is essentially half the prize at 2x odds.

The problem is that you can't have multiple bonuses at the same time in betpanda and I think you have to wait until you receive your rewards one by one.

Please send me a PM mentioning total unpaid rewards. You said you are not sure about the total rewards pending so I calculated your pending rewards based on previous sheets.
There might be some mistake in calculating your total rewards (due to previously mentioned reasons)
Betpanda's contests are here to stay on a weekly basis (as of now)  so even if you have any pending rewards (even after this round of payment) dont worry I will include them in next round.
