I just came online after some months and I can see a warning at the top of this thread. What happened, they were working fine the last time I used it. Which should be Monday this week.

I don't know why I don't get any warning when visiting this thread. But after checking the OP's account, I can see that they have a negative trust rating from DT member and there is also a flag against OP supported by some DTs.

the warning is only visible to people who are not logged in since it's only a type 1 flag.

I remember seeing that warning before when visiting this thread, but now it's gone. I don't know why it is no longer visible to me.

are you sure? i don't remember betpanda having a type 2 or 3 flag active on their profile before, also can't find it in the list of inactive flags, and i don't think flags can be deleted (or maybe i'm wrong).

You are right. Flags cannot be deleted. Flags can only become inactive if they are no longer supported.
Maybe, xLays saw the banner when they were not logged in to their account.

I don't think BetPanda leave Bitcointalk, but it will probably happen soon if they dont resolve all issues. They still run contests in the Games and rounds section. It doesn't do them much good, but they still have some visibility.
They probably won't clear up all the scam accusations, so they won't be able to launch a signature campaign because no one will want to join for fear of being neg tagged by promoting them.
But who knows, maybe they'll come up with something else, maybe for example with owner change like BC.game did.

There are always people who vent their frustrations after a loss by making accusations, and this will be the case with every casino. However, for some reason, Betpanda has shown no willingness to clean up the situation. It's hard to say why. Either they're unable to refute the other side's arguments, or they've decided they no longer want to promote on Bitcointalk.

It still hurts their brand one way or the other in the long run because when you try to search up "Betpanda" on the Google search engine, the posts and threads about Betpanda from this forum show up on the front page, in the third position right after Trustpilot reviews.

These types of posts can be found from time to time in threads at almost every casino that's been on Bitcointalk long enough. Gambling is emotionally charged, and unfortunately, it's sometimes hard for someone to accept that they've been unlucky.

I wouldn't be so sure about it. In previous years to undermine the casino's credibility they hired people to write negative reviews and complaints from the Third World countries paying them $1 per review, but nowadays you don't have to even pay $1 because robots will do the job for free. So, I don't know. From my experience, Betpanda is a decent gambling site.

I do have to say that they really need to clear up some old things owed. My understanding is their bonus system was so buggy that you couldn't get a new bonus until the old one was used up, so I've actually been patiently waiting for a few months now for my bonus owed A freebet, to be precise. And I normally don't remember but I earned that freebet from losing a number of bets (that I lost trying to chase the freebet lol).

Just to clarify, not complaining, but these small things matter for old players, so I hope they take care of it sooner than later.

I don't know much regarding how a casino service is run, but at least having a rep respond to any issue that comes up is also good. PR is so important in the long run because you don't want so many complaints piling up and them not having any response.

We see what happens to BC.game when they stop responding to complaints here. This is why old-school casinos like cloudbet are still in the game

Its frustrating indeed! And its because perfectly understandable for both sides. Mistakes can happen with bookie systems. And players can get impatient for 'small things' to resolve.

But I really have to say that this small thing should be resolved in reasonable time,,, the only response I ever got is from memehunter (who is not the casino rep). To wait 3 months for my small issue to resolve is frankly unreasonable, which is why I am also flagging for concern. Not to complain but just to say, hey guys, just be careful. Even though I think it is not a bad casino, but be wary that if you have an issue it is going to be problematic to resolve in this current situation.
