Even though I think it is not a bad casino, but be wary that if you have an issue it is going to be problematic to resolve in this current situation.

First off, I want to say that I agree with you here. Betpanda.io is not a bad casino. They've got a lot of interesting races/challenges, their sportsbook is working smoothly, deposits and withdrawals have no problems from my own experience. They were even running a nice signature campaign on BitcoinTalk, but stopped for some reason. I think they should come back to this forum, open a new sig camp and start answering the questions some forum members have.

Yeah. Meanwhile my issue is now still unsolved and there's no communication at all from the casino, if I ask, I am told (not by them) that it will be solved. If I don't ask, of course nothing happens.

I really liked them, but I withdrew my balance and don't look inside anymore. Even with promos ongoing I feel its my responsibility as a former campaign sig wearer, to tell people to just be careful and not deposit more than they are willing to lose.

They don't need a new sig camp right now, right now they need to solve pending issues before doing any new promos

I'm not badmouthing any site here, but I'm simply being neutral. During my time playing, I haven't experienced any of the issues you're experiencing. However, it's best to find a more responsible gambling site rather than lose money. That's why I deposited only a small amount, even just what I wanted to bet. With incidents like this, I'll be much more careful in the future.

I totally agree with this.
They need to address the open scam accusation threads against them and work on resolving them. I'm not saying that all those accusations are true, but they still need to be addressed to remove any doubts.
If I remember correctly, they even received a negative feedback from a dt member (probably the reason why they decided to stop their signature campaign), which seems to have been removed. That's a good sign and it shows that they are working on rebuilding their reputation.

Maybe it's just some random technical issue that they are trying to fix, or perhaps they are facing some DDoS attacks? I tried to access it using my other browser that has an inbuilt VPN, and that Cloudflare verification box keeps coming up. It doesn't load past it. A sigh of relief for the users, though, since they made the announcement.

I have pending issue for months and they never resolved. I know they had a problem but no communication and surely you can fix the problem in months, I would say they have selective problem solving I actually waited a long time before coming here to say it.

Again, not a scam accusation, I used to promote this casino too. And the amount involved is actually nothing at all. But on principle of feeling a bit responsible for promoting them before, I have to say this

Its no good to continue if people see that there's something wrong happening here, much better if they read all the discussions happening so that they would know the real situation happening with their casino.

Since they have existing issues with people here. Much better to wait for them to settle it, because if they decide to continue maybe those people choose to continue will also get a problem with them. There's lots of alternative casino to choose in this section, so I think its better to find good alternatives since for now its not wise decision to gamble in their casino.
