Hmm, could it be because this section is for hardware issues? Aside from not yet getting it (hardware) that is.
While I too am without a miner from them I fully support their periodic purging of trolls. Same rules apply here as in any Forum - stay more or less OT or Those that Watch from Above, Below, and In-between shall striketh thee.

There are plenty of bitchin' threads here for all who need space to vent.

AMT Haven't provided any rules for this post, so technically there is really no topic to stay on, other than AMT itself. There is also an AMT Users thread, which came across to me as the thread for people who actually received a unit to talk about it and keep it working.

Yes, there are other threads that AMT does not monitor. So whats the use of posting in those forums that AMT wont read? We the customers WANT attention from AMT so that they can address our needs and for them to fulfill their obligation.

Besides the solution to this is simple. AMT just needs to start posting updates and respond to their customers. That would keeo the thread clean. However, if you look at the last old thread, AMT really never had anything valid to say. The majority of their posts were also trash talk to the trash talkers.

AMT, your customers are NOT going to go away without you saying something. Yesterday you posted some one-liners which was good. It showed that you were alive at least. Heck, even deleting our posts showed that you were alive

Still waiting for the missing backplane and cable that you promised to ship me a week ago.

It has been 3 weeks now since I got my miner.... it has not been runniing because of missing parts.

Are you going to compensate me for the 3 weeks that I am unable to mine?

Faboo! As for the GPIO cable, it is a standard and common item through Amazon, Digikey, etc.

Yes, you did send me one, and I did get it.  However,  I'm still missing a cable, so AMT claims to be sending me one with a blackplane.   Bitmine also claims to be sending me a backplane.  So everyone delivers their claim, then I'll have 3 backplanes. 

It however is not B.S. that I am still waiting... I don't have the cable.   Backplane is nice, but they also forgot to send me the cable.     I have also 2 physical damaged boards and am now afraid to send them back since it appears that AMT is not accepting packages from FEDEX.

Is it 48lbs?   I got the DIY with a power supply and AMT claimed that it was 10lbs.  No wonder the package came in damaged.

Ha ha ha,  to funny.  AMT is such a joke.  What do you expect with BOZO the clown running AMT at the Helm, AKA JOSH ZIPKIN.  Not that they have any other employees who are any more qualified. You can't compare AMT to the other bitcoin mining builders because THERE IS NO COMPARISON.  First off, they have NO COMMON SENSE!  NONE!  Nor did they ever plan on it.  Anyone of us could run AMT better.  Their game is a money grab.  Answer this: When?, since the conception of AMT have they ever been there for any of their customers.  You think that is going to change?  GOOD luck.  I am in the same boat with the rest of you, only I can see AMT for what they are: A SHAM who have taken our money and are throwing tidbits to us from time to time to instill hope to those who still want it.  I don't think there is one customer that would turn back the clock and say "I think I will order from AMT again".  Tell me if I am wrong.


@ATM- Nobody wants your empty promises or your now outdated, improperly shipped, plagued with problems, "do our job and build it for us" Heap O Crap and/or kits.  We want our money refunded.  I no longer want your over-sized brick, I want my 10K returned to me along with these other customers who you have taken such good care of.  The customers that have given you more than the benefit of the doubt.  

AMT not keeping their promises?  SHOCKER!!  Oh by the way, if they don't come through for you tomorrow, WAIT LONGER!!  Also just so you know, NO REFUNDS!!  If you have a problem with that, call one of the many friendly customer service reps at AMT and they will answer your unanswered questions promptly.    If by chance, you get their answering machine, no worries, they will call you right back.  HAPPY HASHING!!

They may.
But - last time I looked at BM.ch (end of March) they only had pre-order, no 'reservation queue'. Is why most of their customers are in the same boat as those here over refunds. And Toots is right. You can cancel from their new queue only because you had not given BM.ch yer money yet.
